Ford F150 key fob can not lock or unlock the vehicle

My 2013 F150 key fob only locks/unlocks the passenger side only. Not doing anything on the driver side.

That key is Not Cut. Therefore it is not programmed to function with the indicated vehicle. Later in video a different key fob is opened?
