Nice work! One weakspot of the e32/e34 models with a sunroof is the location of the sunroof drain hoses (4 plastic hoses found in each of the 4 corners of the sunroof). These 4 hoses intead of having a clear exit point underneath the car, they actually end inside the sills and this is a major cause of rust build up over time from the inside of the sills. On top of that, if the sunroof and/or hoses get clogged (which they do quite often), the water, not being be able to drain, will end up inside the cabin, ruining the headliner and soaking carpets, seats, etc.. potentially causing even more rust inside, if the interior isn't immediately dried, and since these hoses dont have a clear exit point underneath the car as they should have had, there is no easy way to unclog them. This is one thing that bmw unfortunately didnt get quite right with these models. Maybe you might already be aware of this. If not, relocating the 4 hoses exit points, to somewhere where they can be accessible from underneath the car might be something you would like to consider doing as an extra part/improvement during this restoration. Overall very nice content, cant wait to see the next parts!
how incredible! I'm Brazilian, I have a 1990 e34 jewel but I'm having difficulty getting it to work correctly! A pressure test was carried out on the oil, filters, spark plugs, cable, coil, nozzles but the spark plug is getting dirty! When clean it works perfectly 3 minutes later it starts to get dirty now I'm going to change the lambda probe and see what happens! If you have anything you can tell me to do! compression test is ok
@@PuraCarsDetail The M20b20 was by far the WORST engine that was ever put into an E34. I've owned and driven most of them and I'd never want to own another one. It was very poorly suited to the extra weight of the car and very bad MPG for the power delivery. Sorry but it's definitely a 👎
