You need to just give it a push towards the engine but this kit doesn’t work with after market intercoolers I don’t why they would not say that when ordering but I’m going though some b.s with them I personally wouldn’t order anything from them again
@@Angelcardenas-up2xf we list them that way because the early 03-04’s technically have a different front pipe on the exhaust. Our down pipe is designed to mate up directly to the later 04.5-07 style specifically. Swap out the front pipe on your early model truck exhaust for the later style and the rest of the kit will go straight on. 👍

I swapped to a sxe362 on my 06. Wanted to throw in a 2nd gen manifold. Could i get away with just needing a downpipe? I have longer then stock feed and drain lines as well already. Thanks for any help !
We spray Bengal Red commonly for Cummins applications. If you have a specific paint code that you are trying to match or a particular powder that you would like to use that’s not shown in our list of standard colors, please give us a call at the shop (630-277-8239) to speak with our team about our custom color options.
Yes, this kit can absolutely be installed on the 2003 and early 2004 models, but you will need to update your exhaust system front pipe to the later 2004.5-2007 style so that it will have the correct flange to adapt to our supplied down pipe. Everything else will cross over correctly. If you have additional questions about the install or the kit as it would apply to your truck, please feel free to give us a call at the shop (630-277-8239) to speak with one of our specialists who be happy to assist you further.
I want to get piping kit along with turbine housing and Banks monster Ram powder costed with your Candy Teal cause I’m a San Jose Sharks die hard. Do you guys do this if I was to ship it all o we to you guys? Oh and rocker box as well. And if so how much would it be to do so? If I had the money I would have just bought my 2nd gen compound kit hey you all but was not in the cards! Oh yeah it’s a S300 over s400 kit fyi! And I’d most likely be adding in a upper coolant pipe also!
Hey Chris, thanks for reaching out! We’re in the middle of moving from our old shop to our new one presently so we are only performing powder coat work on our own manufactured parts at this time. Once we get fully settled into the new building we intend to open up for outside powder work again. Please give us a follow on Facebook or Instagram to stay in the loop on our progress and updates.
Our supplied down pipe takes the place of the cast elbow that would usually connect to the factory turbo in the stock location, so it will bolt up to a 5” exhaust no problem.
The Kit will fit on the '03-04 trucks however the flange on the front pipe of the exhaust is slightly different, so it will not mate perfectly with our shorty down pipe flange which is matched to the 2004.5+ style flange. For proper fitment you will need to use a 2004.5+ style exhaust system front pipe.
@@TheJoetrap please email us at sales@wcfab.com with details about your setup and some pictures of where your down pipe meets the cast elbow off the back of the turbo and we can help confirm whether or not what you have will work.
You will need purchase an exhaust front pipe / down pipe (portion of the exhaust that connects to the cast elbow from the factory turbo) from the 04.5-07 truck separately to adapt this kit to the earlier 03-04 models.
We are currently working with our SEMA reps to secure CARB approvals for a number of our products that require an EO number for shipment into California but it is a lengthy and involved process. We will post updates on our website, social, and our newsletter as more details become available.
You man is genius I like your design for that turbo
Did the transmission dipstick tube have to be relocated ?

Will you guys eventually get Cummins red as a powder coat color

Will this work on a 2003 common rail. Checked the link and it’s only saying 2004-2007 models
