Your polisher imo is the best there is, had mine for some time now and has never failed or damaged any balls. Keep up the great work your company produces.
I have the polisher coming shortly after my new ProAm arrives next month. Can't wait! I do have a question though: if you're using velcro for the sidewall carpeting, why replace the velcro backing? If you have to glue in new velcro each time, what is the point of the velcro? Why not just ditch the velcro and glue the sidewall carpet directly like you do the platter carpet?
I agree, there should be no need to replace the velcro. I would only do that if the original came loose or was damaged. The idea of velcro is that the parts joined can be seperated over and over. Replacement of firmly fixed velcro simply not necessary
Ok I'm so confused. Diamond makes replacement parts that don't fit so the consumer needs to make fit? Why would you not cut the velcro and carpet to the correct dimensions at the factory since it's your product and know the exact dimensions? That's the stupidest thing I've seen from a factory selling replacement parts. I can see if it was marketed from someone else as Universal fit

Velcro should 100% not go bad if the carpet never gets removed so why go through all that work to remove and replace velcro?
If you also change the velcro along with the carpet, then what’s the point of using velcro in the first place? :|
No kidding.... this must be wrong, I would think you would just leave the velcro and replace the carpet, but I've yet to change mine, so 🤷
