Best way to learn Chinese is to interact with people, I used to study in Xiamen University, where we had a compulsory Chinese language course in 1st semester. I didn’t learned that much in class but when I started to interact with local my Chinese become much better. I visited in Kunming two times, I like weather but I don’t like Kunming for living.

I can speak and understand Chinese with some standard fluency, but reading and writing need a lot of practice. I can only recognize the symbols for the digits easily. Chinese is very difficult to learn because of the intonations used in pronouncing the words/symbols and the language is of a different form compared to any Indian language which makes the grammar and structure of sentence also difficult to learn. Pratik's channel is a perfect example of promoting brotherhood among people independent of what happens at a political level. Very commendable effort! Much better than Carl Zha or Serpentza's channel where people are busy mudslinging. Also, comments there reveal the deep racial biases and prejudices in people against others unreasonably who have never directly affected them in the past or present.
