When the bottom rung of train services "general coach" has risen to provide reasonably decent standards - one must conclude that China has risen out of a poor economy status and into the upper middle income bracket successfully. It is also considered breach of privacy and illegal in some. Try to know basic laws of the nation before hand visiting them.
