    Fabulous walk narrative of downtown Toronto.
    My son who is in his last year at Western University in Chemical Engineering, mentioned to me that you are very well informed of the history of downtown Toronto.
    Yes you have a good knowledge base of Toronto Johnny.
    Love these narrative walks.

      I'm not sure filming/recording is permitted in supermarkets. It is in public as well as the transit system. Then again I've had no issues recording in malls so that's something I'll look into.

    Since the quarantine lock down I've reduced the frequency of my Toronto visit to about once a month or once in two months about (I live north of Toronto in York Regions). Seeing your videos always bring a pleasant surprise, seeing how much and how quickly Toronto downtown and midtown area has changed, it's as if though I'm there walking through the Toronto neighbourhoods with these videos. Again thanks for these great contents and a visually informative and aesthetic video. Keep up the great work and stay safe.

    park and a nice fountain but not very clean. The CBC Building has Mr. Dressup and other kid's shows Museum, shows no longer around, really sad. Union Station is where we arrived in 1958 when coming to Canada. You know so much of Toronto have you ever thought of being a Tour Guide?

    I sorry but I disagree. The Metro Hall is not the ugliest building in Toronto. That distinction belongs solely to the OCAD building on McCaul. I bet it was designed by OCAD students, all the ones that failed the important classes. Another great video!

    • @JohnnyStrides
      @JohnnyStrides  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Ha fair point. To me OCAD is a bit like the Mimi character on the old Drew Carey show. It's intentionally calling attention to itself by trying to stick out like a sore thumb, Metro Hall on the other hand genuinely tried to create a smart addition to the downtown landscape and we got that.. yuck. • @JohnnyStrides
      @JohnnyStrides  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      You mean the sidewalks? Of course I'm concerned, it's illegal and incredibly dangerous and inconsiderate. Bicycles belong on the road with cars and need to follow the same rules. If people can't safely operate their bicycle on the road then they need to stick to smaller side streets and build up confidence. Riding on the sidewalks in the city should never be an option.
