WoW! Nice house and huge for the two of you. We have a single family house in Lapu lapu Cebu with two tiny bedrooms with one bathroom. My husband and I bought the house and lot 18 years ago for 1.7m my aunt is overseeing the place. I love the area closed to beaches, hospital, grocery stores and of course the most important is the church. We bought this place hoping we will live there someday when time for us to retire😉
thats huge expenses for total of 6.8 Million pesos...you're lucky that you have a very supportive husband and care about your family...few foreigners are like him....your whole family included..God Bless...

we also have a big vacation home in the Philippines worth $150.000 each bed room have a bath room and 2 car garage , when we went home the Electricity is very expensive just for air condition and they cooked outside with gasol just the air condition 24 hours was $1,500.00 its a good thing all of us contributed just for the Electricity..
