I have a little "ritual" I do every other day which is taking a long nice bath where I listen to my favorite music (smooth jazz or/and neo soul) and I really enjoy it, it's so soothing and therapeutic. After the bathing I oil or cream my body up, real slow. I gain new energy from it and at the same time and helps me be more calm, collected, warm and happy. Another thing I love is dancing, I turn on the music and just move to it as it makes me feel. Hope that helps you. :)

I went to a bar for my friend K's birthday. This was November of last year. I saw and was immediately attracted to this man. I was in a relationship soooo I tried to see if my friend was interested... she was not. We went to his house. She passed out drunk. I do not drink at all...I was the DD for everyone. I found I could talk to him and that I actually was the one who wanted him. I couldn't stop thinking about him. I started contacting him. Talking to him. Being in his life. He wanted to go out on dates. I was totally down. But I had to end my relationship. He stood me up for his sister...and I flipped out. Pushed him away and said I wasn't ready. Time went by and I broke up with my bf. Then I spent an evening with him. The most amazing time ever. The next morning I found my ex had stalked me and took my vehicle. New guy seemed to understand and took me to friends. I went to texas, he went to Sturgis. We met up when we both got back and it was again. Amazing. Then I was headed out of town again to Nevada. My friend k who has been with me with this stuff texted me while I was on the road. She said her other friend and her could have fucked him that evening and I should run.....I flipped. Confronted him on text accused him and he told me to kick rocks. I sent too many messages. I ended those with a push away and I need to work on me text. So I am listening to this and seems that how we do it is soooo much easier and does not have so many complications. We meet by introduction with a view to getting married. We meet and speak and discuss guess what - marriage‼️ If there is chemical attraction and we seem to have a fit then we get married after finding out about each other of course through references. Without ever even having touched before marriage and then we get to know each other and learning how to meld and bond and learn to love each other. Yes there are things that need sorting out as we are both in our 70’s and both have history. It is great but a lot of work but worth it. ❤️S is not a question

What are little daily things we can do to harness feminine energy? I.E. isn't cooking, decorating(if we enjoy it and feel it's creative release), spending time parenting(if you are a parent), all ways to harness energy? I'd like more little daily tips that may be unknown please. Thank you.
I have a little "ritual" I do every other day which is taking a long nice bath where I listen to my favorite music (smooth jazz or/and neo soul) and I really enjoy it, it's so soothing and therapeutic. After the bathing I oil or cream my body up, real slow. I gain new energy from it and at the same time and helps me be more calm, collected, warm and happy.
Another thing I love is dancing, I turn on the music and just move to it as it makes me feel.

I love your videos Adrienne! I started watching the past couple weeks. I’m also a Libra, Sept 28, and so is the guy I’m dating, Sept 24. When is yours? Anyway the only thing I didn’t really agree with is a guy not really caring when you had a bad day or not being someone you can go to about that. I’ve been having issues with this with my guy. I get that he can’t be everything and you need other people to go to but I think your guy should be your best friend and support and the whole point is to have someone who will be there for you through the tough times and who you can go to when you’re upset. I wouldn’t want to marry anyone who couldn’t/wouldn’t do that. :/ So it definitely hurts the times that he doesn’t seem to care.

Greetings and Love Adrienne! Ok so my situation is crazy, but I know its fixable. And it's going to be a breeze with your help. Alas, I want to share it. I was in a failing relationship. I went to a bar for my friend K's birthday. This was November of last year. I saw and was immediately attracted to this man. I was in a relationship soooo I tried to see if my friend was interested... she was not. We went to his house. She passed out drunk. I do not drink at all...I was the DD for everyone. I found I could talk to him and that I actually was the one who wanted him. I couldn't stop thinking about him. I started contacting him. Talking to him. Being in his life. He wanted to go out on dates. I was totally down. But I had to end my relationship. He stood me up for his sister...and I flipped out. Pushed him away and said I wasn't ready. Time went by and I broke up with my bf. Then I spent an evening with him. The most amazing time ever. The next morning I found my ex had stalked me and took my vehicle. New guy seemed to understand and took me to friends. I went to texas, he went to Sturgis. We met up when we both got back and it was again. Amazing. Then I was headed out of town again to Nevada. My friend k who has been with me with this stuff texted me while I was on the road. She said her other friend and her could have fucked him that evening and I should run.....I flipped. Confronted him on text accused him and he told me to kick rocks. I sent too many messages. I ended those with a push away and I need to work on me text. My friend doesn't care that this failed and seems happy about it. And told me she doesn't care. Now I'm upset. She sabotaged my new relationship. And I let her. I gave my power away. But I believe that we are meant for eachother. And I believe it's only a matter of time and I'll get him back. This all happened Sunday and it's now Tuesday. Luckily I'm out of town for a few weeks. I got the ABCs but I want to know what you personally think. I'm a libra. He is a sagittarius.

But, YOU work on you.....learn to free your sensuality, learn your body...get comfortable with your own sexuality. Do not DISOWN parts of yourself. You will only attract partners who disown those same parts.
