That said, when we don’t have watches, clocks, and schedules dictating our lives, I think we are able to feel more at peace. Imagine what our quality of life and even sleep would be like. I would say that most of us would like to sleep until we feel fully rested, but reality doesn't allow for this. So I think time controls us because somewhere along the way, we allowed it. Here's my spew about time. 3D Cartesian Coordinates xy+z has a physical quality/quantity forth dimensional location variable called time expressed as xyz+t in this 3D realm where length, width, and height are required variables for an object; not to be confused with conceptual geometrical fourth dimension. If we are meeting each other, all four locational variables are required. Existence as applied to physical objects requires measurements of length, width, and height having position/location in 3D Cartesian Coordinates xy+z of space. Absolute zero being unachievable objects are always in vibration even at the lowest energy level, time is always involved as motion, xyz+t. Fundamentally time is a measure of change or the interval over which change occurs, constant changing locations. All we need to have for a measure is something that repeats predictably. In physics, there are seven fundamental physical qualities/quantities that are measured in base or physical fundamental units: length, mass, time, electric current, temperature, amount of substance, and luminous intensity. Time is one of the seven fundamental physical qualities/quantities in both the International System of Units (SI) and International System of Quantities. Time is a physical quality/quantity requirement for our 3D spatial environment to function by changing locations, a scalar quality/quantity which can be considered to be the fourth dimension used to describe events in three-dimensional space; mass, time, and length cannot be derived from other qualities/quantities. For a successful meeting to occur we must have all four locational variables. Everything in the universe happens at exactly the same spacial now time; the only difference is, you are in a different position in space to the other object. Time is illusional, our naive perception of its flow doesn't correspond to physical reality; the most accurate clock that could be made would just say now. We are already fourth dimensional beings. Time is malleable. Time dilation is a fact. I often wonder if we can change time if our perception as a collective changes.
