Umm no offense but you didnt notice it the second he became head coach? After a handful of games he had the team playing with the best defense, an offense scoring more than 20 points which seemed impossible under the previous coach, AND being one of the least penalized teams in the league. A team doesnt just magically do that. That takes a coach not only teaching the details, but explaining them in a different way to whoever needs to hear it. Its called being a good teacher and leader.
I never thought id see the day where a raiders team wouldnt have a penalty all game! That takes a damn good teacher. The previous coach Josh Mcdummy scrambled everyones brains by only teaching them in ONE WAY. If you didnt catch on then you get left behind. AP teaches from the back to the front so EVERYONE moves as one.
