    Working with open fire consistently is not easy oo. God bless them for choosing this tedious work just to feed us. I'll learn to be mindful of my comments wen i eat out cos its na easy

    Waakye is my Favourite food, especially without the sorghum leaves

    The fish is call mackerel not salmon, also the pounded fish was it fried fish or smoked fish?

      ​@@itslitlyf8798yes but the correct name is Mackerel. There is no Salmon in Ghana. Salmon has an orange colour.

      Aromatic rice, the regular ones in the market and the shito is dried pepper

    Can I ask something the same oil which cooked fish 🐠 is the same which used for chicken?

      She uses the fish oil for the stew and after she scoop all the oil on top of the stew and then use it to fry the chicken.
