When Jack named the Beatles by name, we knew that John Lennon lived in this alternate universe who might have remembered in his youth he once played in a band with a similar name. The John Lennon who was now in his 70s would surely remember the visit Jack paid him earlier. But would the other three Beatles have existed? We will never know nor will we ever learn the connection between Jack and the bearded man and the middle aged woman both of whom knew of the Beatles. This movie was a musical fantasy designed to bring back the glorious heyday of the greatest band of all time.
He did. Then he told Ellie he was "in a very difficult situation," in that I felt obligated to bring the Beatles music "back" to the world. It's a good thing he remembered so many so well.
Awful ending. She pushes him all movie to become a music star and do date him. But then when he becomes a music star and he wants to date her, she won’t be with him unless he gives it all up. Stupid movie that ruined a great premise
Well I don’t think he really wanted to the fame knowing he didn’t actually deserve it since he didn’t write any of the music himself. So I think he would’ve given it up anyways
