Ooohhh boy! Did this event deliver! From all the hype, all the vlogs from riders throughout the week. I expected a lot from the race. And then it came. And boy did it deliver! What a race! W H A T A R A C E ! I didn't watch it live and had to avoid all the news until last night. But still had a feeling Bernard didn't manage to do it and I was just a tad sore about it. But seeing all this I'm well happy for Ronan to pull this off! What a ride that was. Total legend this lad! Mad respect for all the free riders and slope style oriented riders to tackle the rock gardens like they did. Mad, mad respect! And obviously mad respect to all the DH racers for conquering all the jumps, gaps, shark fins and drops. I hope I one day get to see Hardline live in Wales!
I had premonitions of a Goldstone crash when I was watching his race run preview. It sucks when any rider crashes, hopefully he's okay and is able to use it as a way to eliminate any future ones.
Future ones are inevitable, and it's always the easier sections they crash on ... He was flying though, definitely would've given Dunne a run for his money!

Ferguson. 2 big crashes and not only did she have the mental to finish strong, but big up to the bike company for making such a fantastic piece of equipment to withstand the crashes and hold strong to keep her going to make it to the bottom. Her resilience made it a run to remember

Need more like this!! It does it take a lot to put together a cohesive video. I assure any and all creators it’s worth it! a large portion of riders don’t have any other influence aside from this kind of content.. I learned everything I know from Jeff and Bodie, lij, the professor and you Kyle.. it really is a larger portion than I think people consider. All these kind of videos do not go unappreciated that’s for sure! I am grateful, no doubt ! Where I live it’s hard to find someone who knows what a OW is, let alone someone to ride with. Louise's first crash looked like she went with a fully extended fork into the turn, just a little hop, unloaded, then turn, compression, no control. The second one....man I don't know, but those were rough. Can't believe how well the ladies can fly these jumps.
First girl to complete Hardline and commentary spend her run talking about the girl that didn’t make the cut. Live Rob and Co but they missed the boat on that. 🤯🤯🤯
In 1990 Southern Sierra fat Tire association put on a dual downhill. Where earthquake Jake the world's champion downhiller died jumping over a large pile of rocks. But that was a natural course people weren't out there with tractors making a freeway.
Random fact: I compared Jackson's time shortly before he crashed and compared it to the time that Ronan had at the exact same spot and Jackson was already about 1,1 seconds faster than Ronan. So I suppose that he could've won it, if he hadn't crashed.
Perhaps Jackson is having his Daprela moment. That guy absolutely ruled a few years back. But then was slightly over the line as to the speed that is possible, that he could handle, so had to reign it back a bit to stay in one piece. Just my armchair commentator 2p.

With all the money Red Bull makes and pays these riders, WTH is the 1080p nonsense? The video is blurry and grainy like a convenience store security camera. This Hardline race is way too awesome for outdated low grade HD. C’mon RB. Up your equipment to 4K or better. 🙏
Sir Rob and Elliot still showing the world how commentary should be done. ❤❤❤ Downhill is dying with the way it's being run😢😢😢 but Hardline shows what is possible. The camaraderie between the riders was as good as the racing.
What's annoying is that Red Bull and Rob already have a winning formula, all UCI needs to do is follow the template, but they're completely disconnected from their fan base. Plus they've completely ignored North and South America, and a huge disservice to the sport. They have young, exciting riders like Jackson to promote, but somehow they're messing it all up.
