      I loved Insanity but K & D are easy to gauge my fitness levels with. Insanity is more for quick results when I need them (not sustainable)

      Dm smooth Screw insanity I don't blame you first off it's expensive, Second Shaun t is annoying as fuck and distracts you from the workout, like he's so annoying that he pisses me off quickly which increases my heart rate lol.

    I can't believe I just completed this....!! For the past four months I have been working out with fitnessblender, 100% Kellie's. For the first time today I challenged and pushed myself to try Daniel's and I don't regret it at all. It was quite tiring for the first few minutes but as you get the hang of it, it eases your stress and muscle. Thank you so much for uploading this. Now I don't have to worry that much about my calorie intake. I started off with 56 kg, 157 cm. I lost weight in the most dumbest way, with a FAD diet where I starved myself and dropped down to 36 kg in 9 months. Starting from April I started increasing my calorie intake from 800 to 2000 calories now. You guys have helped me a lot! I gained some muscle and a bit of fat, around 47 kg now and I'm really happy about my weight and myself. I'll keep this up. Even though my weight has increased rapidly again, I look healthy slim not like before. I guarantee you guys to not to give up and finish a round of this workout. You won't feel very lethargic as before and it will boost your energy ^^ thank you ftnessblender

      Congratulations on the healthy weight gain! Only 800 calories a day is insane since an infant needs 1,000 calories a day!! I'm 135 pounds on a good day and trying to build muscle and see the scale go up too.

      Actually I've noticed all the channels that are targeted to adult audience have really nice comments. Was watching a video on safety razors the other day and the comments were pure gold. I'm guessing the people who make nasty comments are children.

    Honestly, one of my favorite workouts. I always think oh this looks fun, then regret it while doing the warm up, but feel accomplished after i finish it.

    One thing that I really like about your videos is the realistic element. When you workout you are out of breath just like the rest of us!
    PS: I did your workout in a relatively fancy gym (in Holland - Europe) while having my tablet on the ground so I could follow. My workout was interrupted 5 times because people were coming up to me asking me what program I was following. Needless to say I felt like a pro! Thanks guys - keep it up! :)

      @TheVeganSoprano Don't get me wrong Kelli's workouts are intense also and very effective....I think it's because she's a woman like myself that I could handle her workouts easier and that with Daniel it's harder because he's a male .and possible stronger.....either way I enjoy both of them...

      Angie .Williams I was thinking the opposite. In my head I know that K works to her max and that she's a lot fitter than me so ofcourse it's hard if I work at her level. With D I don't know what level I'm at so perhaps I don't work as hard (and he doesn't do HIIT as well as K).

    OMGoodness!!! I just completed my first workout with Daniel!!! I usually workout with Kelly, I use think Daniel was too INTENSE. But now that I am in better shape, I can hang with the Big Dog-Daniel!! I will work up to his ladder workouts eventually.

    I have been doing HIIT for a month now and just.... THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Thank you for having such a large catalogue of fun and variable workouts, for showing low impact modifications, for not editing out mistakes (sometimes I'm losing focus during combinations, too, so #relatable ), for not being overly sexual, and for really sweating with the rest of us. When I'm working out with you two I feel like I'm with gym buddys. It's great.
    And for the first time in a long time I'm actually having fun with cardio related stuff, to the point where I'm looking forward to working out? That usually only happens in relation to yoga. I'm also craving healthier food. My body feels incredible. Just... thank you guys for being here!

    This is my favorite hiit and abs workout to come back to. I have a lot of fun doing it and i am still not tired of it. Please make more routines that are challenging and put together moves we might not necessarily like but end up being enjoyable.

    Just by looking at this I can see and hear how painful, tiring, confusing, and just plain awesome this workout is. Thank you for creating it I know I will possibly die and have fun doing this as well. I can't wait to try it actually. Since today is my lower body day I may consider doing this tomorrow GOD willing. The more intense and tiring a workout looks the more I want to try it so it just may be the workout I do. Although I felt sorry for Daniel because of how confused and tired he kept getting but he still pushed through and if he can do it so can we. 😀

    So happy to have found these great workout videos AGAIN. I couldn't do them 2 years ago when i tried because my knees would hurt so much. Since going VEGAN i have no problems hanging in there for the whole workout and feeling great...after about 10 minutes of recovery, lol. Thank you for the "no gimmicks" values you guys have.     Awesome workout, I'm sweating like mad! I find that I'm still having trouble accepting that a full workout can be less than 50-60 minutes. I was told for years that to get a good workout it had to be long and usually after this I would go and do another 10-20 minute workout. I'm trying to accept that less can be more. Thanks guys. :) (Also more arm strength workouts would be great!!)

    I loved it! Every bit of this workout :-)
    1. I'm really proud of the fact that I did complete a workout with Daniel. I usually stay away from workouts with D due to the difficulty level but please don't do the same mistake like me - go for it, it was so worth it.
    2. Daniel is actually really good with the instructions during the workout: he goes into much detail and I think that following his tips I felt my muscles in the all right places
    3. Again - perfect length - with 30-40 min I think I could be working out very day, even during the college semesters.

    Enjoying the HIIT online, thank you, since the first of the year (2019). The only exercises I have trouble with are BURPEE types since they are too hard on my wrists and elbow joints (past injury). I play piano so feel protective of these areas. Instead, I improvise, and do alternate push-ups. I'm 62, a woman, and get through the routines just fine. You two are good instructors, not too perfect, yet very challenging. Keep it up!!

    Kelli and Daniel, your channel is a lifesaver. I love how your videos focus on health and fitness rather than looking a certain way. I'm almost recovered from an eating disorder, and your workouts have helped me learn how to genuinely love exercise again, and push myself to get stronger rather than punish myself.     The best workout videos on youtube hands down!! Daniel you always provide a challenge in your workouts but working out with you is so much fun because you seem so down to earth and genuinly want people to be able to be fit without fancy equipment, expensive gym membership and can do it at home so thank you from a single mother who has no time to drive to the gym find someone to watch baby and instead baby is along side me watching me do these crazy killer workouts.

    Do you guys think you could upload normal cardio workouts (no HIIT) again aswell? :) That would be awesome!

      Yep! Some middle range cardio moves, when you want to sweat, but don't feel like doing hiit... I know there are a lot of those already, but still :)
      And I am waiting for some nice long yoga routine!

      Don't forget that any of their HIIT routines can be adapted to low intensity. If you take the jump out of every movement and move one leg at a time as you kick out for burbees (one example) you definitely dial down the intensity. You can also just slow down the movements in general to make it a more "normal" workout. Just my two cents.

      Like abs moves including combo with dumbbells 😃 in the same time

    I've spent my summer doing a different workout every day from a variety of different sources, and I want you both to know Fitness Blender is my favorite source (and my kids' too). Telling me up front what I need for the workout is a big deal to this organized gal, and I love the preview, timer, and calorie displays. Thanks for being a step above the rest and for helping this mom of three trim some jiggle! It's encouraging to me to see real sweat and deep breathing from my instructors, too! We're all feeling the burn! Keep up the good work!

    sometimes i feel like daniel is just like us. full of brain farts when 5 or 10 min through the workouts, but sometimes i feel like he is not human but a scary berserker.. 😃😃😋

    I'm 57, so I do need a longer breather every once in a while, but otherwise the rhythm and order of these HIITs - from the original 'hiit the ground running' and on are just excellent. I particularly like the fact that the last go-round is a little easier and let's one continue working without collapsing.

    This is my favorite HIIT. Combining core is important as I only do HIIT and core and mixing them makes better results in my opinion.
