Me too, then I had a thought of I want to do that too. I remembered I have a 'bug racket' pop new batteries in and anything you touch with it, it zaps it. Then I immediately starting thinking, hmmm what all CAN I zap. LOL (I would NEVER zap butterflies, birds, my hubby, kiddos.. but I think I have a date with some mosquitos from HELL😁 )

I felt the morning dread of “ I need to do this but I don’t want to do this “ but “ I have a tiny inkling of motivation and determination so we must and we CAN !!!” And you just do a minimal morning routine a meal plan for the day and then dive in!
I totally understand what you say about grouping things with the intention of going through them later. The only problem I have is I never seem to get back to that "go through and declutter" part. It is not easy and takes time on the front end, but for me, I have learned that if I want it done, I have to make the time and not put it off to a later time that does not happen. But, I don't have a house full of kids and all you have going on either. You make me feel lazy. ☺️

Those wasp repeller thingies work! We've used them for years.
We just did this! Took way longer than I wanted it to, but it's done and we got rid of so much and were able to better organize what we kept!
I truly believe the wasps were mocking you by building their nest right next to that box. 😆 Btw.. thanks for this video, it inspired me to go get some weeds pulled. We've had tons of rain this year and they've taken over!

This might sound funny but as a hairdresser it's all perfectly fine with me. I use Aussie instant freeze on the wasp and as soon as they start flapping their wings at like freezes their wings and they drop to the ground and I step on them.

Hi! We don’t expose our kids to pop culture and want to keep it that way. Any tips? My 6 year old came from gymnastics asking who Taylor Swift was and I about died realizing we’re at that stage haha. How do you explain to them that although most people around them are obsessed with them, they are not for us?
I’d say speak to her maturely - explain who she is / what she represents and how you feel about that representation in your family / so she’s prepared to face it again come the pressures of meeting others out in the world who bring it up
Face any situation that way in future
So they’re always informed and prepared first
In my family, we talk about false idols. We also talk about how we are set apart. If you’re Christian, just follow what the Bible says and share it with your children. :)
