In the short where they're using the device that brings the user's most evil thoughts to life, he's trying to give a statistic when Black Hat cuts him off. Which is likely something along the lines of people putting too much mayo or high calorie/cholesterol condiments on their sandwiches. Increasing the risk of heart failure later in life. Which, given how he can ramble about cause and effect, makes far more sense.
