The drummer is Jason Bonham, John’s son. He knew the music and the groups style. Nobody else could have ever taken John’s place and made it sound this good. RIP John

Hi Steph. Actually the Celebration Day concert was in 2007, so it was 17 years ago. A documentary was produced about the concert in 2012. That's probably the date you saw. FYI Jimmy celebrated his 80th birthday earlier this year. John Paul Jones is 78. Robert Plant is 75 and has a striking resemblance to Professor Dumbledore :). Robert is collaborating with Bluegrass-country singer Allson Krause. The only downside to growing up with this music is we're all old now:)

Great reaction Steph, on drums is John Bonham's son Jason. He clearly had the worlds best drum teacher and was an obvious choice to perform this one off concert. This performance is 30 odd years after their peak in the 70s and proves they well and truly earned their place in history as the Greatest Rock Band Of All Time! Like MSG 1973, this whole performance is a masterpiece so you have many reactions to come. The entire experience is mind blowing. If I may please request the song, That's The Way, live from Earls Court 1975. I know you will not be disappointed . Keep the Led Zeppelin reactions coming and thankyou for your hard work and passion. Much love from Australia

I would not have missed this concert for any money. paid £2400 to be there. Best money I have spent in my 53 years. I have been listening to Led since I was 15. BONZOS son was amazing.

That is Jason Bonham, John's son, and he is playing on his dad's iconic acrylic drum kit.

This is the very last song Led Zeppelin ever did. The last song of the last concert.

Great reaction! The moment you realized that Robert still has his voice was amazing

What you saw is an example of how truly talented Led Zeppelin (and while not seen in this video, other bands of The Golden Era Of Rock) were. No need for auto-tune and other garbage tricks relied on for modern music. Just the combination of being tremendously gifted, hard work staying sharp, keeping up on vocal training ... and tons and tons of pure confidence and swagger. When it comes to rock music no other era prior to or after The Golden Age Of Rock no one has come within a million miles of being nearly as gifted, as talented, as creative, as exciting or as entertaining.

LZ formed in 1968, 56 years ago. They disbanded in 1980 after the death of the drummer John Bonham. The GOAT drummer. This is the only performance they did as LZ after Johns death with his son Jason filling in on drums.

Bonzo wasn't just a key musican for the band but their backbone, who held their egos together mentally aand musically.

Led Zeppelin's last concert, I wish I could have been there, I would recommend seeing the tribute they gave them at the Kennedy Center Honors with John Bonham's son, Jason.

Back in the 70's you had alot of really good rock bands but then there was Led Zeppelin and they always managed to stay a notches above everyone else at the time

As old as they were here...in their 60s...still the greatest. The drummer Jason Bonham did his daddy proud! This was a one night concert! No guitar solo in this one! But watch the other songs from this concert!

For this concert, in just 2 hours they had requests for 20 million tickets, there were only 20 thousand available. They held a lottery, to make it more fair, for those wanting tickets. Always was & always will be the greatest band.
