I've watched many videos about loading and unloading a container from a roll off. This is the best one I've seen yet. And I believe that I have learned a lot by watching this video.
The Galbreath Dead Lift Hoist is a fantastic system however there are a few safety issues which I wish would have been addressed. When you set the dumpster down a pitched terrain that slants to the right or left the cable can fall of the center roller. Also on rare occasion the knuckle can fall out of the receiver and the dumpster can go flying off the truck. I would have liked to have some safety measures designed to prevent this from happening

Your video talks about letting the truck roll under the container yet the video do not show this maneuver. The truck never moves
when its empty you'll usually have to pick it up when in reverse
can you send the instructions, on how to load and unload a roll off truck?
