Poori Bhaji or choley poori ,poori always, kachori bhaji, kachori bhaji is a very common breakfast in northern states like UP and Rajasthan etc. So yes it is breakfast , you would rarely find Poha , upma, appe etc. In northern states except as a special breakfast but not a common usual one. IDLY for sure has now become common across India as a breakfast as it's cheap and healthy. This is more north indian breakfast dishes than pan India.

Nd we should eat light dinner.
Spicy food depends on the people, if they can handle it then it's fine otherwise go with less spicy nd plain dish in the morning.
Spicy food should be kept for lunch mostly

Most north Indians have plain or stuffed parathas with curd, ghee, butter, or eggs in morning, the tastiest being very simple ajwain paratha with half fried or sunny side up plain eggs. .. these overcomplicated too oily curried dishes are served only in restaurants, which very few can afford to eat every day

In most places in India the regular breakfast is Bread Omelette, Veg tomato Omelette, Cereals with milk boiled eggs etc etc the regular stuff. These are rare, made only when there's time in hand... sundays! 😂

Najib is levelheaded and sensible. He Can be a good food critic. My point is that to judge something accurately one must position himself at ground zero. This guy meets the criteria well. Others in the show are nice too and none of them fails to appreciate what suits their tongue.
Wish to see more videos from you people.✌
