    For Dry Kadhai Masala
    Coriander seeds-1tbsp
    Cumin seeds- 1tsp
    Fennel seeds/saufe- 1/2tsp
    Black pepper corn- 1/2tsp
    Green cardamom-2
    Salt to taste
    Kasuri methi- 1tbsp
    Chilli flakes- 1tbsp
    For Garlic Chilli Paste
    Garlic- 6-8
    Ginger- 1/2inch
    Green chilli- 2
    For Onion Tomato Masala
    Butter- 2tbsp
    Oil- 1tbsp
    Cumin seed-1tsp
    Onion- 1 (chopped)
    Prepared garlic chilli paste
    Tomato purée - 1/2cup
    Salt to taste
    Coriander powder -1/2tsp
    Turmeric -1/4tsp
    Kashmiri chilli- 1tsp
    Water- 1tbsp
    Prepared mushroom n veggies
    Water- 1/4cup
    Prepared masala- 1tsp
    Coriander leaves -handful
    For Mushroom Veggie Saute
    Butter-2tbsp
    Mushroom -200gm
    Salt to taste
    Capsicum-1/2 (cube)
    Tomato- 1/2 (cube)
    Onion- 1/2 (cube)
