I've playing this game for 5 months, but no shame to always see guides, idk maybe i've always doing some mistakes that i didn't recognize before and there was a better ways to do
at some point, I feel like guides are redundant as why do I even play the game, if I just copy the homework every time? I like to watch guides after I've beaten the stage by myself to see what I could do to improve, but as a year-old player I find that guides take away fun from the game, so I really hope people stop relying on them
I used to use guides for a long time too. Have been playing a little over a year now, and I’m a bit late to this comment, but here’s some advice: I watch a lot of arknights clears. At some point I start to find watching things like hard stage clears or high risk CC clears. I think these helped me a lot in understanding the utility of each operator and just how versatile they can be. Also, I like watching new stages released in CN so I don’t have to completely go in blind. It’s not a guide but rather just a glimpse of the stage. There will be a point where you will let go of guides completely, when you’ve familiarised yourself with character’s advantages, and work with what you have. Ngl, I still use guides sometimes when I’m feeling lazy. I use afk guides a lot when I’m busy.
@@GriffithX0 I'd try rolling the beginner banner and see what I get. But I personally would stick with Virt because limiteds are a massive pain to get later.
@@GriffithX0 really good. But he needs to be E2 to unlock full potential. I'd say level up your 3* and 4* for now and chip away at E2-ing Thorns. By the time you get to harder content he will be ready :)
VERY realistic! Not the kind that recs you to not build Myrtle bcos she's expensive for newbies 😬 or get xyz operator instead of Thorns cos he's a pain to E2 FOR NEWBIES 😔 Personally, IF I'm new to AK, I would prefer someone to rec me to build my other ops around a meta op instead of will powering the early stages w literal low rarity first and no carry... Also, guides are useful! The prob is that most players look at guides like some kind of cheat sheet. When really guides are... well, just 'guides' lol
