Thanks! Ascalon E1 S2 worked well for me, together with Reed Alter S2.

Shining MUST be e2-90 otherwise Saria dies first and other operators after her. I added Reed Alter as optional harmacist near a Virtuosa to mitigate this issue.

Using Shu S1 instead of Saria helps a lot. If you have her - her sanctuary and passive healing talents are extremely helpful with this kind of endgame content (more stable runs, especially if she has to heal weaker units)

Are you telling me that I have been grinding the game for hours on end and dying to raids multiple times retrying over and over again when it was all in challenge mode and I couldve saved hours of my life??

Apparently I've been suffering all these time in challenge mode, wtf? Just came here from a long long video about RA2. And really, yours and one other short video are the only ones that helped me.

What was arknights power creep 2.0?

Worked for me without Blaze; I used E2 lv50 Specter S1 until Degenbrecher's dash, then she kills Specter, so I redeploy Mudrock in her place. Worked like a charm in normal mode, but I lacked damage in cm (E2 lv60 6-stars, not maxed), so I added Pozyomka S3M3 and deployed her typewriter below Eyja to finish Degen while she was chilling at the bottom of the map. If anyone is in a similar situation and doesn't have and cannot borrow Pozy, use any buffers to help your operators with the damage - Warfarin S2, Virtuosa S3 etc.

Out of the blue question: will Ascalon be featured in any of your AFK guides or can she be safely skipped ?

For anyone wondering, lvl 90 operators are not required for this strat. Lvl 60 hoshi with lvl 3 module, lvl 70 saria with E7 and lvl 2 module, lvl 71 blaze no module, shining and nightingale both lvl 60 with E7. Worked without any issue (i did bring Surtr to kill the first rocket launcher robot in top left).

I wish the RA shop worked like other event shops in terms of bought out sections that get shifted to the back of the shop. Scrolling for a few kilometers past purchased items to reach the unlocked section is the opposite of user-friendly. ( I had some time on my hands over the weekend and could farm the thing a bit so my first section of the shop is bought out now and the fact that it's still there as if set in stone annoys me already and I dread the moment when I'll buy out the second section too. The rewards may be good, but I dread the endless scrolling to reach new items 😢)
