Eye floters மிகவும் அதிகமாக உள்ளது பார்ப்பதற்கே ரொம்ப இடைஞ்சலாக இருக்கிறது அதோட மட்டுமல்லாமல் ஒரு ஐஸ் கட்டியினுடைய நிறத்தை போல குறுக்கும் மறுக்கும் ஆக லெஃப்ட் சைடு திரும்பினால் லெப்ட் சைடு ரைட் சைடு திரும்பினால் ரைட் சைடும் புகை மண்டலம் போல போய் வருகிறது ..டாக்டரிடம் காண்பித்ததில் இது வந்து லேசர் மூலம் சரி செய்ய முடியும் ஆனால் நரம்பின் மீது தவறி பட்டால் கண் பார்வை போவதற்கு வாய்ப்புகள் நிறைய உண்டு என கூறினார். கடந்த எட்டு மாதங்களாக எனக்கு கண் இமைக்கு கண்ணினுடைய முடிவில் கண் இமைக்கு பக்கத்தில் நரம்பு புடைத்து இருப்பது போன்று இரு கண்களிலும் உள்ளது கண் மிகவும் தொந்தரவாகவும் இருக்கிறது என்ன செய்வது சார் உணவின் மூலமாகவும் ஏதாவது கொஞ்சம் சரி செய்ய முடியுமா ..

அடிக்கடி கண் செக் பண்ண சொல்றீங்க நல்லது. ஆனால் எந்த கண் டாக்டர் கண் பரிசோதனை செய்த பிறகு கண்ணில் என்ன குறை இருக்கிறது என்று எந்த டாக்டர் சொல்லுறாங்க. கண் பவர் என்ன என்பது குறித்து கூட சொல்ல மாட்டாங்க. எல்லாம் Money mind ல தான் இருக்குறானுங்க.

You can do distance activities such as looking far ahead while walking in the garden, beach, terrace.. or just sitting and watching far ahead for 45 min everyday..
