I can confirm i used the ink supplied in the kit and they work great! I encourage you to practice on yourself before doing it on anyone because expecation vs reality kicks in. The machine isnt great for full blown detailed tattoos but its great for small stencil liner tattoos. And you gotta take your time and run down your lines slow so the ink can stick. Best setting is at 8v for this machine at liner. Avoid going over the same line no more then 2 times because you will scar yourself!
I actually just got my first tattoo with one of these and their ink, it healed fine I have one faded spot by my elbow because it’s always moving and stretching, it turned out fine.
I haven't had any issues with the black ink, and I have psoriasis / sensitive skin. The needle cartridges however barely stay in. They barely twist to lock in at all. They loosen as you tattoo and will buzz and fly off mid-line. I've messed up a few small pieces because of it, too.
But the few I've done on myself turned out fine for the most part. Good for a beginner machine no doubt, but if you're serious about tattooing, I'd upgrade as soon as you got some experience lol
Wrap it up with medical tape.
I just used this and the needle had a hard time staying in, eventually after like 3 needles it finally stayed. It wouldn’t hold the ink as much ad I thought it would but for my first time not bad

Gday lads, I got me a mast flip tatoo pen machine recently. Problem is, with the added weight of the battery at the back of pen, this shit hurts my hand easy and I've been considering switching to a trad power supply unit but I can't really find much about which are compatible with pens and which aren't. I'm a total noob. I'd be very grateful if someone could land me advices on this subject
Hi, most tattoo pens are compatible with most cartridge needles. You can require the tattoo supplier for more information.
I get that we should not tattoo ourselves if we’re not professional but is the ink safe to use on actual skin ?
Not the ink it comes with. Don’t use that there is ink you can get. Do research
@@laparistaylor166 yes! I went ahead and ordered Japanese ink for my blacks etc., but this kit is perfect for beginners. Just use the ink in this original kit on the practice skins and can also use grapefruit, or order more practice skin via online.

You have to get max black tattoo ink (Eternal ink) from a tattoo supply shop
so for the first few days i had this pen it was amazing, i love it SO much. however, i plugged it in like usual and it came on and everything but when i pressed the foot pedal the volt numbers would fade then the power supply would just turn off. its not the volts of my outlet because it worked the forst few times perfectly, how do i fix this?? :(
Hi, the power supply has a feature: automatic protection! It will be turned off when there are any abnormalities. Please check if all the cables are connected completely and correctly!
Mine did the same thing. Checked all cables and still no power. Is there a lockout mode? The cables were never moved as my setup stays exactly where it is. I only unplug the main power.

Hey used this wormhole ink a week ago on my skin, Wish I would have seen all this stuff about how it’s very bad, why is that the case does anyone no? My tattoo healing very well, is it due to infection or due to side effects?
probably side effects since its so cheap but to each their own
I've been informed that it's cheap stuff so the ink won't usually "stick" to the skin and usually fades. Good to practice on though
My needle hooks in but the actual needle doesn’t come out??? How can I fix it? They are bran new needles??

so when i plug it in it says off and blank. it wont work unlesss i aggresively force the wires into the box. which obviously isnt okay. the wire doesnt appear to be dammaged so i dont know why it wont work.... help

My cartridges will not stay connected to the pen. They keep popping out. I’m pushing the cartridge in and turning clockwise however it’s not locking in.

I have yet to find on my instructions anywhere that this ink is not to be used on skin and for practice only. I believe y'all but would like to know where it says that. I find it worrying that I had to find this out on the internet but that's why I'm doing research before using the machine.

This pen sucks, I just got it for Christmas and it won’t even turn on, I followed everything from the video but as soon as I press the peddle it says off on the screen and turns off, the tattoo pen doesn’t turn on or nothing this is bs
Did you make sure the power cord is pushed all the way into the machine with no gold exposed... that was my issue now it's good

Ink doesnt stay in my skin.
The reviews say that the ink is not for skin, I’ve seen that the ink is used for fake skin and you should buy other ink if your gonna tattoo yourself
My machine will work fine for a minute, and then I take a pause, and when I try to step on the pedal again, it just stops working, all the lights are on, but the machine does not work
Mine was doing the same thing when I first got it. You gotta push hard where the foot pedal cord plugs into the machine. I haven't had a problem since I started making sure it was really really plugged in. Lol. Idk if that'll help. But that's what helped me.

What I do is set something heavy on the pedal and unglued the back of the gun when I need to pause (not a pro artist tho)
