I remember watching these shows years ago, and Sarah's House (the originals) and never being able to find them again. I was so excited to find you guys uploading to this channel and I hope you can get your hands on all of her old series!

This is almost 20 years old, despite the date in the title. It is along Beach Ave, in Vancouver, near Howe St. (Beach District) You can see the yellow of Bridges Restaurant across the inlet in the view, and bits of the Granville Bridge. Not really waterfront, but close to it. It was a flashback to Steven again, and his peculiar design sense.
Sarah is the best, please keep them coming?

I love Sarah’s taste. Someone else got involved in this design and it is the first time I don’t like it.
His place, his taste, he is happy and it’s all that matters.
I dont like the color - at times it seemed like the colors were fighting with each other. The white tiles did not go with the dark grey tiles.
That decor give me shivers, and not in a good way. It feels cold and impersonal for some reason. This must have cost a fortune.
Not bad. Not liking the couch at all. But like the color choices and the concrete ceiling.
Cleaning and decorating in high heels is unrealistic.
The condo turned out fabulously.
Right? I was waiting to see here little feet bare as she was doing all the staging. And yes, it's fabulous!
Never let that man design anything. Especially paint. If you “like color” get a painting and some pillows. Duh.
It's not that I hated the design it's just not my style/taste. Am not a colourful person ig,its more from 70 than contemporary.
What a nightmare project. The client had more money than sense, since he was paying for so many flights on top of his questionable design choices (that Sarah clearly disagreed with). There's such garish 90s vibe going on, and why turn a sleek condo into a pseudo-industrial loft rather than buy a loft to start with? Also, I know people who've installed dark floors like those, and they never like living with it - it always appears dirty. I imagine that condo became an early candidate for "The Unsellables"!
Ok sorry but Stephen has no taste. Sarah yes has taste in spades. First time I can say didn’t like it. God bless her for patience and being professional.

@@sugarfaryprinces This show aired from mid to late 2000s so it's not exactly current style. Her site definitely reflects what's in style at the moment.

I absolutely love her designs the blues and greys are amazing. I have one issue when she does the reveals the descriptions are just to long she needs to cut back No disrespect Sarah
Couldn't have Stephen found a design group in his home town? Less chaos all around. Bright red in the bedroom? Really? So where do guests sleep since we got rid of the glass block room? On the floor in the living room? Hideous! Wonder how many times he's redone this since the original show?
Rich person uses design experts as his gofers and designs condo himself.
You know I would have found some other company to buy from, instead of getting nowhere for a whole week. No such thing as only one place in the world to buy something from.

Ugly gross materials. What were they thinking. When I see things on realtor done up this way I skip it altogether.
I really don't like it either but I think the client likes these crazy colours. This was filmed in 2004, it did not age well.
Sad. Unreal. Void. Devoid of honesty. And above all... Pathetic.
