- I have been dreaming of a day like this for SO LONG! We went on a whim to check out a spot I had been curious about for a long time, and we ended up finding a MASSIVE dump site full of incredible antique bottles. Not lying when I say it's the BEST bottle hunting day I have ever had!

How do you know where to hunt bottles? You and Chris share clues that you use in creeks when looking for fossils. Are there indicators that reveal possible bottle locations? Did bottle dumps come about because of changing technologies in the bottling industries? It's fascinating to me that there are areas with such an abundance of them. I wonder if it was too expensive to melt down old bottles to manufacture news ones? Whatever the reason it sure is cool to watch you discover these sites and explore them! I'd love to see this bunch cleaned up and shining! Thanks, Kyle!

Albany, Americus, Dawson, my old stomping grounds! Dawson is a tiny little town, finding bottles from there is a good find. You need to go hunting on the banks of the Flint River when it is low, I found a large black sharks tooth there many years ago. Thanks for the video!

That gun looked like a Webley mark series revolver. Some were chambered in odd calibers and manufactured around the world War eras. One, like the one my father had, was chambered in .455, it was an English service revolver and it came with moon clips that could shoot the American .45 acp cartridge that was used by many g.i's in the iconic 1911.
that too bad about the hutch , as Brandon says " that hurts my feelings" 😂😂

Try an electrolosis tank for the pistol! You can make your own fairly easily! I'd love to see a video on it! I'm also glad to see it looks like you're feeling a little better! I'm rooting for you!
WOW! Way to go Kyle! I really love your finds but it's sad that people had no idea or care what to do with the garbage except dump it on the banks of rivers😭. I'm really intrigued with the smallest bottles you find. So cool! Keep on digging!

Jesse James lived until 1951. You're in his stuff. I recognize the bottles. Check those lip chips well. Some have been knapped and modified. I also have a Dr. Bell's Pine Tar Honey right here beside me. The white milk glass jars you are finding, appear to be cold cream jars, but they're actually Lustre' Cream Shampoo jars.

Very cool finds Kyle. I'd like to see a video of some of your best finds cleaned up, or maybe your collection. You may have done it before, and if you have, I'll try and search for it, but have you done a video of your fossil or crystal collections before? I bet that looks pretty amazing.. Anyway, glad to see you and your Dad having fun doing what you all like to do. Great memories there.

I left that thing in CLR for a whiiiiile and it did nothing haha. I think the entire thing has turned into rust and there's no good metal in it anymore :(
@@WILDKYLE awe dang! You can always upgrade to iron out or some other kind of acid! Either way that is a pretty cool find even if its rusted!!! I found a headless spiderman after the last rain. Haha. Happy hunting, Kyle!
