It is French, Dimash sings in 13 languages. He has an amazing voice throughout his over 7 octave range. Dimash is THE greatest vocalist of ALL time. He’s 28 and 6ft 3ins tall. Just the tip of the iceberg with Dimash, also known as the 8th Wonder of the World. There is simply no end to his talent. Top it off with the fact he is most possibly the most humble , gracious and appreciative artist I have ever seen. He is really a gem of a man. In 2018, he did a song called Sinful Passion. It will be in Russian but has subs. He also sings in English as well as about 14 other languages while being fluent in his native Kazakh and Russian with English quickly becoming his third with a little Mandarin thrown in for good measure. His latest MV entitled The Story Of One Sky should win awards all over the world. He took three years to compose the music. It is a 12 minute video with an extremely important message. He is singing while acting in the main role. I will tell you with Dimash, you will soon forget to care that you can not understand the words because the voice is so beautiful. I only speak English and some Spanish. Never in my life have I listened to someone sing in so many languages and each one is just mesmerizing. Sometimes he sings zero lyrics, just uses his voice and it is captivating such as Know from Kiev. He pulls you in so quick and you are just captive.
Dimash is becoming widely known as the greatest vocalist alive, he's from Kazakhstan and has a global fanbase of over 10 million with fanclubs in 140 countries who travel thousands of miles to see him live in concert wherever he is appearing in the world.
He covers all genres and sings in 14 different languages so to truly appreciate his art you have to move from the singer in a single genre mindset. We've heard him sing anything from Opera to Rap.

Be sure to always check for subtitles on his songs if they're not in English particularly. He speaks four languages, is a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, producer, composer and director. He has a 7 plus octave range (C1-D8). He has formal training in Opera, contemporary music and musical theater. It's so fun for us "Dears" (that’s what Dimash calls his fans because he loves us as a dear family) to see how people react to him.
Some info about Dimash. He is born in May 24 1994. He is from Kazakhstan and has been music schooled sense 5 years old and told the teacher that the piano was out of tune! He sings about 7 octaves or so! No one knows he is still learning. He sings higher than the piano can go! He also writs and compose own songs, plays bunch of instruments including Dombra there own Kazakh instrument that has a sound you can’t believe and onley 2 strings! He also sings in about 14 (Kazakh, Turkish, Usceck, Russian, Ukranian, Serbien, Bulgarian Chinese , Italien, Spamish, French, English, German, Japanese ) languages and speaks 3 so far (Kazakh, Russian and English).
Dimash has an excellent education: he graduated from the College of Music with a degree in Opera Singing, university of arts in the specialty "Estrada and jazz vocals", and on June 18, 2020, he completed a master's degree in Composition. He graduated with a degree in opera from the music school at the University of Aktobe (2014), a degree in pop/jazz from the National Arts University in Nur Sultan (2018), just completed his Master's degree in composition (June 2020) and have started his PhD.
He have done some contests in his life but the one I think got the worlds intension is "The Singer" (Allso called "I am a singer" or "Singer") from China in 2017. The Singer is a program for established Chinese singers to face off against each other invites only in a competition where votes were cast by an audience of 500.
Dimash Qudaibergen was a last-minute inclusion (a 'dark horse'). But his performance of 'SOS D'un Terrien En Detresse' electrified the audience, his fellow competitors and the viewers who numbered in the billions (this program was one of the most-watched in China and outside).
They also got him the nickname "Imported little brother" the day after the show. They also had to get bodyguard for Dimash do to the famous over night both in China and also the world. Dimash wasn’t really prepared for that. He had come to China at 22 years young man by him self and didn’t know the language. They hade contracted him for 2 shows because they didn’t think he cold go further than that. He didn’t think they would like him. So he was nervous this performers that he had also to start the show with. But they hade to change that do to his famous over night.
Dimash got many new friends from this show and he said at some point he learned a lot from it to.

The best moment in this show was just after Dimash started thanking everyone and saw his father there. He didn’t know he was there. Just after they got out of that room Dimash turns to his father and asks if he did good! When Dimash was gonna go in to the other contestants he again turned to his father and asked him if he done good! That’s the kind of man he is humble, loving and respectful.

Gloria Wu's channel has the back-story about the song that is so sad and from a life story about a boy losing his parents in an awful way. Also you get to hear how Dimash sounds like then loosing his voice the day of the show!!! When he went on he didn’t know if he could sing. Looking close at the other contestants they where so worried about him. He lost his voice again after. Li Jian another contestant bought him a very very expensive Chinese medication for him so he could get better soon!

Episode 10 : 'Unforgettable Day' In Kazakh and I think some translation in Chinese to. If I remember correct he wrote the music to this one when he was 19 years old and lyrics by Oral-kosai Baisengir, who was a poet/lyricist father of a friend of Dimash. Also in this show another contestant "Terry Lin" that was about 51 years young here he considered Dimash a dear friend at this point. But Dimash started telling them al he was his father around episode 9 I think!! That is a big respect and love from his part of the world to call him! Terry was gladly accepting it. They are still that close and also invites each other to there concerts and sometimes singing this song in duet to. They sang it in Jackie Chang movie festival in 2019 and Jackie was choked in how good they were. Terry was known as an alien before Dimash and they have similar vocals to.

This one was sung in French. But, Dimash has now sung in 14 different languages. He is from Kazakhstan and is 28 years old. His native languages are Kazakh and Russian but is passable in English and has taken some Chinese since he rose to fame in China in 2017. Probably the best voice I’ve ever heard.

I'm a big metal head and thought the exact same thing when i heard dimash, not my style but amazing voice, several years later he is still my #1 most listened too on my Spotify, i took a 2-week break from him about a month ago to listen to rock and metal more often, just to come back to the story of one sky, he's just something else. My goal in life is to see him live once. He is also my very 1st man crush lol

Hahaha! You're so funny! Actually I have a playlist with Dimash's upbeat songs for cleaning dishes and doing chores - I'm not a fan of cleaning but it's something must to do. Dimash songs gives me inspiration to do, cuz I can enjoy him. With Dimash the good thing is you can get both: jaw dropping spectacular, epic performances (I prefer to wach him cuz that gives the full experince) and catchy upbeat songs without using all of his mindblowing range & skills.

As a geography teacher, … 🤣🤣😂😂 that was a great challenge to guess where Dimash is from, based on his looks. Asian… you were right, but very European looking, so then: Eurasian. He is from Kazakhstan, the largest central Asian country. I visited it twice so far (because Dimash ends his performances with, “thank you very much, welcome to Kazakhstan!”) and loved each visit. In fact I am writing three articles based on my last trip in September. Did you know that apples (and tulips and horses) originate genetically from Kazakhstan? I went to look for the wild apple forests. Also I investigated the effects of Kazakhstan’s efforts to resuscitate their section of the Aral Sea and stumbled upon an even greater geographical mystery! Håller med dig - älskar att se hur Dimashs tentakler sprider sig sakta men säkert även här.. Jag har flera släktingar som lyssnar på honom.
Tog flyget till Riga i början på mars 2020 (!). Jag var TVUNGEN att se honom. Flög billigt och lade pengarna på biljetten (andra raden i princip i mitten! 🤩).
Surrealistiska 2 timmar och 45 minuter...
21 nationaliteter var där. Och det var i princip i sista sekunden innan allvaret med pandemin hade nått ut till folk. Tror att han gjorde en eller två koncerter till och sedan blev det stopp..
Fick Covid efter konserten. Var fullständigt och totalt däckad i 10 veckor.
