    I had problems fitting this wireless thermostat. Turned out in my case, that you can only fit this one way or the other, as shown in this video. At first i tried to wire it with the jumper, and the boiler wouldn't fire up. Then i tried it the other way and that worked.
    Obviously the live (Brown), and the Neutral (Blue) go to the same on the boiler.
    Then another cable to the same connectors as the jumper I removed from the boiler.
    Seems to work well now.

    This system is installed in a home I recently bought. When I register through the App I get right to the end where it asks for SRT code and presumably recognises that it is registered to the previous owner. How do I overcome this?

    If you're checking this to see whether you wish to purchase this I'd strongly recommend you don't. My system failed after less than 3 years. Spent 6 weeks trying to get help from their customer services. Sick of being ignored so replaced it with another brand. Poor product, dreadful service. I believe a firmware update bricked it. Their FB page has other users trying to contact them over similar issues and complaining about being ignored by their tech support. Just avoid at all costs.

    I seem to have a problem with connecting the gateway to the router. I have done everything according to the instruction but the light is still flickering and red. Is there a specific time that it takes to connect the gateaway to the server?

    Really silly question, this was installed by contractors (I rent) and nothing was connected to my router. Will this make a difference? Currently pulling hair out as doesn't seem to be doing its job 🙄

    I have one if these. The batteries went flat over summer and I changed internet suppliers and now I cannot get it to pair. Any suggestions?

    Read this!
    I had a problem with the Salus rt310i, the room unit did not send a signal to the unit on the boiler or something like that, the problem was mainly the signal between those two units, the one on the boiler simply did not respond... I tried everything according to the instructions, according to the advice from yt and everything was unsuccessful... I would manage to get a solid red light, but never a green one... took out the batteries several times, changed them, waited, turned off the boiler, switched to manual mode, reset the internet module and nothing, everything was unsuccessful. .. I was already getting ready to start buying a new one, but at the last moment I decided to eliminate the internet module, not realizing that it could have any impact, and for some reason, there was a problem... everything worked after I eliminated it... So, if someone has a similar problem, someone must try this, maybe it will help.

    I moved into a property with this device and you cannot register it because it's already registered in someone else's name, therefore, it's useless to you, no way to re-register it and you can't get an answer from the company on the phone no chance

    This device has been connected to a family members phone. I’ve downloaded the app and tried to connect the device but I am unable to, as it’s connected to another family members phone.
    Should we all sign in with the same account to control the heating system or can we make individual accounts?

    If someone is considering to purchase this unreliable piece of hardware, or has immense satisfaction owning it and not being able to connect, here's the advice from the official support:
    Please unplug thermostat and receiver from power supply for at least 10 minutes. Then put back batteries to thermostat, power your receiver and try again:
    1) First fast switch ON/OFF/ON on the receiver
    2) Then hold for 3 seconds PAIR/TEST button on thermostat
    3) Wait until RED led diode will stop flashing on the receiver
    4) At the end hold PAIR/TEST button on thermostat once again (3 seconds to exit pairing mode).
    If that doesnt work anymore - you will need to contact your distributor to replace that device under warranty conditions.

    I have this its 5 moths old and the screen has gone blank , tried new batteries...absolute pile of junk don't waste your money.

    It’s ok until you want to actually use your heating. Just decides not to connect when you need it, unpairs all the time. Had Salus out a few times, it’s garbage.

      Fitting is exactly the same. I just followed this to install a RT510RF - had no problems at all.
