Bro, that thing is uptime. That thing tells how long the Windows Kernel has run since a CLEAN boot. So, it also includes sleep time. ITS NOT UR SCREEN TIME.

Didnt you restart or shut down your pc? i mean it also counts the time your pc was in sleep mode
