I have to hold back tears. I was studying in Boulder and had been Nuggets fans since 1984. I never thought I would live to see this day. Those days I watched Alex English , Calvin Natt, Issel, Fat Lever… and always thought Nuggets was good but not quite great enough to ever win the Championship…. Thanks to the owner, management, coaches and players to make this happen 🎉🎉🎉 😂😅
Love this team...they really put the team in a team sport. And that's what basketball is. No media superstars, always staying humble and focused just on the court, they didn't worry about the cotract expiry, trades to "the teams with a championship chance" - they just stayed together. Through the tough times and there were tough times - from not even reaching play offs, through injuries, through bowing out in the first rounds, media belittling, as Joker said - I remember the times when the arena was half empty... They've suffered, their hearts were broken more than once - but their spirit wasn't. They've stayed together - Joker and Jamal, they didn't leave. And I hope they stay together. "Stockton to Malone" will always be the standard, but I see "Jokic to Murray/Murray to Jokic" coming very close...

It's hard not to mention the three men who nearly found a way to stop Jokic and the Nuggets, those three refs did just about every imaginable thing to hand this over to Miami, but the players just wouldn't have it.
That phantom foul on Jamal's swipe and that foul on that Jimmy Butler 3pt attempt and reaffirming it on the challenge was just plain blatant. Good thing the Nuggets kept their cool and not get caught on emotions, refs were itching to call a tech if anyone dared to contest their calls.
Imagine being the heat, they know deep down the even with huge help from terrible refs, they only one one game (by 3, after scoring 5 points on plays they stepped out of bounds on) in the whole series...

As an NBA fan from Indonesia i would like to congratulate the Denver Nuggets on winning the NBA Finals for the first time in franchise history. Nikola Jokic, Jamal Murray, Jeff Green, Aaron Gordon & Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, are a very strong and solid starting 5. Truly an extraordinary journey.

I have to hold back tears. I was studying in Boulder and had been Nuggets fans since 1984. I never thought I would live to see this day. Those days I watched Alex English , Calvin Natt, Issel, Fat Lever… and always thought Nuggets was good but not quite great enough to ever win the Championship…. Thanks to the owner, management, coaches and players to make this happen 🎉🎉🎉 😂😅
I liked Alex English during his Denver days especially when I watched him play in the all-star game.

Love this team...they really put the team in a team sport. And that's what basketball is. No media superstars, always staying humble and focused just on the court, they didn't worry about the cotract expiry, trades to "the teams with a championship chance" - they just stayed together. Through the tough times and there were tough times - from not even reaching play offs, through injuries, through bowing out in the first rounds, media belittling, as Joker said - I remember the times when the arena was half empty... They've suffered, their hearts were broken more than once - but their spirit wasn't. They've stayed together - Joker and Jamal, they didn't leave. And I hope they stay together. "Stockton to Malone" will always be the standard, but I see "Jokic to Murray/Murray to Jokic" coming very close...
Nikola Jokic to me had the best post-season by any player as far as all-around. Scoring, rebounding, assists, you named it, the list goes on. Hats off to the Denver Nuggets!

NBA brings the most beautifull Basketball emotions in this earth ! the Nugget's journey was really something, the Heat had to go throught tough finals after his struggle with Boston.. Thank you ALL PEOPLE playing and working hard every day for this sport and his values of respect.
It's hard not to mention the three men who nearly found a way to stop Jokic and the Nuggets, those three refs did just about every imaginable thing to hand this over to Miami, but the players just wouldn't have it.
That phantom foul on Jamal's swipe and that foul on that Jimmy Butler 3pt attempt and reaffirming it on the challenge was just plain blatant. Good thing the Nuggets kept their cool and not get caught on emotions, refs were itching to call a tech if anyone dared to contest their calls.
