Didn't work for me. The lockscreen had another user of my name and it required the password anyway beacause it was unable to connect. So I ticked the netplwiz again and everything went back to normal.
I know. Now I have duplicated accounts at login. None able to skip typing the password... a bit irresponsably from the TH-cam channel to NOT leave a command to rollback actions...
One thing you forgot to mention is where you got the copy from so you can paste it in the doss. That part just doesn't make sense. Yeah close the window you opened us and you paste in there. Where is that from?

ok, question, if i want to turn display off ( let say you have reason ) by the keyboard ( not fall sleep, just display to be off ), then after a key is pressed, the "log-in by password" again appears. All tricks i did, nothing helps me get out of this. Actually i cant log in even with my password... must restart, then after restart it goes well. But this Display off , then back on is not very well experienced i guess.

Warning! Do not attempt to do this! It forced my windows to create a second user, then I wasn't able to use my previous one, much more so wasn't even able to properly start! I had to format my PC and downloading each and every single file and register all my accounts from scratch. Thanks a lot Crown GEEK. Disliked and hopefully other people shall follow as well!

The logon screen still pops up even though you don't have to manually sign-in. I want the entire blue ribbon Logon/Sign-In/Welcome screen to disappear
i dont know why but when i restart i have 2 accounts and my main account still has password required

Not working ERROR: Access is denied. this is showing on the Command Promt
I don't know what windows 11 build I have, but this worked like a charm 5 mins and I got rid of that annoyance 😻

If not working, just install avast antivirus first. Then turn off all protection. Hope this can solve your problem
