The pay has increased since I went in back in 1993 for open deck/machinery hauling but if you go long haul one day, beware of the many cut throat companies who under bid loads & the Push to get loads to their destination sooner than your logs allow you. There are too many variables to mention both negative and positive, so do your research when you are legal age to take the training because it is nothing like past TV shows. Be the best you can be if you do it but get your education because you need to have an alternative if your driving career does not suit u after a few years. You may want work within the office instead, hence Education... Take care "Future Driver". 😎👌

Lucky, this transport was done on a Tuesday on private land.. no chains or binders, and no oversized sign... that’s legal trouble gold.. lol Love it, I have always wanted to get a loader or some form of construction equipment in rc..
Aaron instead of cutting the grizzly bars why don’t you try angling them up so the larger rocks roll off to the outside. Love it. Can’t wait for the next one.

Just dove into this series a couple days ago, it’s so sick man. I’ve always loved RC stuff and I’m happy to see 4 years later you’re still going at the RC uploads. Keep being consistent they’ll always be love for the RC world and it will never stop being exciting.

I took out a Huge loan from an investor to get all of this new equipment.. and they are expecting a 1/2 gram by the end of the month. if they dont get their gold.. My season could be over before it even started..

WOW you guys took my Eroctor Sets that I played with in the 60's to a whole new level. First thing I build that moved taking two cassette recorder motors out making a robot move back and froth was my main deal yea I was 10 years old then. LOL!
love it! definitely need an angled grizzly bars for the fill so you dont gotta reach in and pull them out of it by hand. but this thing is impressive!! cant wait to see it all done.
Usually that grid is on an angle so the boulders will slide off Instead of having to empty it every so often Just a suggestion to make life a tad bit easier
Rc sparks, I have a suggestion. If you put a rubber lining around the loading are it won’t scrape. I would love to get a shoutout for suggesting the rubber lining!
RCSparks Studio You might also try making a hydraulic grizzly bar ramp so you can keep the pay dirt going in, then raise one side of the bars to slide the rocks off, that way you don’t lose dirt when it gets trapped and slides off the bars with the bigger rocks. Just a suggestion from what I’ve seen in full-size mining. Great video, it’s Gold Rush RC style! 👍🤙
This setup is getting serious 😎. You could try removing one of the plates around the first screen and have the screen on an angle so the larger rocks just roll off or easy to sweep into a dump truck. Love it already
RCSparks Studio - look into gold rich claims you can rent for 12 months or less. Im not sure about Alberta specifically, but i know Canada has them. Still fun either way
I really respect your show. Some may not understand the setup time that you put in, I can, though I am no where near the producer that you are. This one is one of your more elaborate sets.With the crane and all the support vehicles. Its one thing to film a trail ride, Like you said once, like herding cats, to a one man gold digging expedition. I hope you have help when you go into the field. Ya I to think this is a cool new addition to the RC Sparks gear. If it was me I would not cut the grizzly bars I would maybe alter them. Like putting them at an angle so the extra large rocks slide off instead of clogging it up.

That is the way to go, then you don't have to worry about a larger rock jamming the auger.
Or put a servo on it to dump off the big rocks

Don't cut out the grizzlies. Cut out the wall ferthest from the loader, and angle the grizzlies. The big rocks will land in the first slot.
