I am suffering this anal fissure pain from last 3 months that it heals and again comes back finally I went to doctor in Janurary he told me it’s a fissure gave some stool softener anesthic cream and a dilator. 4. try to use the still at least once a day ( i know it hurts but i was there too) even if you see blood.
5. continue the diet until stool is soft when coming out and the wound is healed

I am suffering this anal fissure pain from last 3 months that it heals and again comes back finally I went to doctor in Janurary he told me it’s a fissure gave some stool softener anesthic cream and a dilator. So it was okay from one month but now again facing the same thing this is the fourth time it has reoccured from last year November and everytime the pain is more severe than the last time. Do i need to undergo surgery for it now as i am really scared of injections even.

@@neashamahone2247 here's a tip, it helps but it's not a permanent solution. Don't apply pressure while having a bowel movement. Running also helps very much. If the wound is fresh then apply some lubricant while having a bowel movement. I believe if you do running for at least two or three months then it will get cured permanently.
