My only theory as to why they passed this up, is generally wanting the new songs to be more brown and to reflect the more fun and carefree attitude that those tape demos brought.

@@zapples1126 It’s not. I have direct confirmation from Guy Heller that he had nothing to do with this track. It’s an outtake from Chocolate & Cheese, mislabeled for years as Moistboyz because of how it sounded. The demo is on Ween’s new Chocolate & Cheese Deluxe set too. It’s Ween.
@@zapples1126 Guy Heller told me that’s not official at all. It’s a shotty compilation of things Guy was associated with and Moistboyz and also stuff confused with Moistboyz. I’m Gay and I’m Proud is a Ween song with Guy Heller on vocals, look at the pages of the Ween Chocolate and Cheese deluxe vinyl insert and you will see it on the mixing notes list, along with Smooth Mover and other tracks. Creamy Ass, which is also on that compilation, is a Ween song with Guy Heller, Bill Fowler, Ed Wilson and Ween. It can be found on the 1992 Freedom Tape, and Smooth Mover can be found on the 1993 Crème De Menthe tape. It is Ween, and was erroneously included on an unofficial Moistboyz compilation years ago.

JFC, this is AMAZING!!! Thank you so much.
This used to go around on the moistboyz demo bootlegs.
Yeah, that was the 4-track demo version. This is a fully different studio recording!
@@weenarchive nice! Thanks!
@@weenarchive I can't tell the difference from the version I used to have, but that was a long time ago.
