would you guys ever do a video where Tim stays home with the baby and Jen goes to the park? I think it would be a cool idea just to see Tim and Jackson hangout for a boys day and Jens take on a disney vlog. Love you guys!
Not sure if anyone has ever suggested this but since Jackson likes books and babies, it made me think of when my daughter was his age. She used to love seeing herself as well, like all babies do so I made her a little photo album of mainly pics of her but also of her family too so she could always see them whenever she wanted. We still have that photo album to this day and she’s 19 now. She carried that album around everywhere and you can tell it’s been put through some things but it was hers to do with what she wanted and now we have it and remember how special it was and still is 19 yrs later. Definitely agree with this!! We put tons of pics of my son/my son with family members in “drool proof” photo albums made by a baby company (13 years ago so I don’t remember the name) and they were one of his favorite “toys!” 😊

Hi, dentist here, great job at brushing Jackson's teeth so early on, they're so cute! just a teeny tiny pointer, I don't know if you did this because I don't know how long passed between when he finished his food and you brushing, but just for the future you should try and wait about 20 minutes after eating before brushing. At this point it doesn't matter so much as you're not using toothpaste, but when you do get onto that stage I just thought I'd let you know. Great Job, you guys are such good parents!
Megan Vanderford for a three year old yes! Any younger and I would say stick to a regular toothbrush. Just make sure the electric toothbrush is one designed for children as the bristles tend to be a bit softer and more gentle. The children’s ones often have some cool designs or characters on them so it usually makes it a bit more fun and your little one might be more excited about brushing! Also just make sure that it’s you or another adult doing the brushing and that you’re not pressing too hard (the benefit to an electric toothbrush is that it does all the hard work for you!) this makes sure your little one doesn’t miss all the hard to reach spots like the very back teeth :) I hope this helps you Megan!
Megan Vanderford totally ok to be hesitant, just do what you think is best. If you’re still a bit on the fence I recommend having another chat with your family dentist I’m sure they’d be happy to give you more advice tailored specifically to your daughter as they know her better than I do 😊
Watching you and Jackson was sweet. One thing you may want to start is the share philosophy. You hold a toy, and don’t let him take it from you, eventually you can offer it. If he always has access to what he wants, he won’t understand things aren’t all his to touch/hold.
HerHollyness I think it’s great that Jackson is so loved and joyful. The fact that they dote on him doesn’t bother me at all, and doesn’t equivalent to be being a spoilt child. I was suggesting they reinforce their own values early on is all. As early as possible, the share and giving to others philosophy the Trackers themselves seem to have, would be best to reinforce into Jackson’s development quickly. As for the biting, They both seemed shocked, I doubt they’d allow that to progress.

Thank you for sharing the Ronald Mcdonald house! My daughter was in the NICU for 6 wks 2 hours away. They are so wonderful, they help make sure I had a bed to sleep in and food to eat. The volunteers to man the front desk and shuttles to the hosptial are so Kind and supportive. They are truly a wonderful place!

its such a great program!! i live in a sketchy part in upstate ny and see their help van once or twice a week. also at holidays ronald comes in the car dressed as santa or the easter bunny and give out goody packs to the kids... btw my step brother does the roll of the famous clown :D

You might be close to the pouch introduction stage. GAME CHANGER!! It teaches them to feed themselves independently using pureed baby food. As well as teaching fine motor skills to squeeze it into their mouth. We started feeding from the pouches using the detachable spoons but graduated to the babies independently serving themselves from the pouch. We had twins and it was essential to getting anything done/us eating anything during meal times. The Infantino squeeze station is wonderful, if you make baby food you can store your made food in the pouches and even freeze them. Or you can buy pre-made pouches (kinda $$) but we love the apple sauce costco ones. We introduced it about 9 months and used it until 2ish.
Jenn, this was the opposite of boring. I, too, have been wanting to see what you do during the days that Tim is "working". And anytime I get to see Jackson's smile is a great time.
A trick we did was to duct tape the underside of the mats. The seams. Makes it a bit harder for the little ones to pull them up. Our son used to pull them up all the time too. 💚
Oh my goodness, Jackson is so adorable. This was the sweetest video. His smile and his chattering just melts me. This is by no means criticizing, but he’s getting so good at pulling himself up. Just a nervous grandma thing , but I was afraid that he might pull the mobile down on himself when he woke up from his first nap. He was checking it out, for sure. We are from the uk and stayed at Ronald McDonald house for 12 weeks when my twins were born at 24 weeks. We very much appreciate everything they do for the families that have children in hospital ❤

We’re from the UK and earlier this year our son was born with a heart condition so had to spend his first few weeks in hospital in London and had open heart surgery at 10 days old. Ronald McDonald gave us accommodation right near the hospital and volunteers from around London provided us with meals so all we had to worry about was our son. I can’t tell you how valuable that was to us during a really difficult time. They do such an incredible job at looking after families! ❤️

My niece had to have heart surgery at 6 months old and my sister and my niece's twin sister stayed at a Ronald McDonald house while my niece had her surgery and was recovering so mom and sister could be nearby. I am so happy you did this video. I so enjoyed it. It bought me back to when my 25 year old son was a baby and his daddy would go to to work. I would just enjoy being with him and playing, feeding singing and reading to him. I have to say it was the most fun and joy of my life when my kids where babies. Enjoy it really goes fast. Just a little note reading books and having them handle the books really works it make them enjoy reading and appreciate books. I read to my son all the time. He is now a English teacher so it definitely made him love reading. Thank you so much! I enjoy your family so much it brings back all my memories when my kids were so young. Your son is so adorable.

Jen you are amazing! I have 10 month old boy/girl twins born 11/2. It's so fun to see Jackson's milestones and growth in succession with theirs. My twins recognize your voices when I watch the videos everyday. I also used to spend all day putting the puzzle mat back together. Recently we threw a big rug over top and now we don't have any issues. Out of sight out of mind for them :P
My Grandson always pulled the edge of the play mat too, he's 18 months and he still does it. Love your home vlogs with Jackson in them. This one was the best with 95% of him in it. He's the perfect little vlogger.

Reminds me of my days at home with my little ones; I’m also a SAHM. My youngest is 7 months and currently napping while I enjoy lunch and a cup of tea. Older two at school. When they get to school age you realise how these days at home (or taking them out and about when we can) when they’re younger are the best days 💖 We have the same 100 words book. My son also likes looking at babies 😊

I am so happy you did this video. I so enjoyed it. It bought me back to when my 25 year old son was a baby and his daddy would go to to work. I would just enjoy being with him and playing, feeding singing and reading to him. I have to say it was the most fun and joy of my life when my kids where babies. Enjoy it really goes fast. Just a little note reading books and having them handle the books really works it make them enjoy reading and appreciate books. I read to my son all the time. He is now a English teacher so it definitely made him love reading. Thank you so much! I enjoy your family so much it brings back all my memories when my kids were so young. Your son is so adorable.

Jen you are amazing! I have 10 month old boy/girl twins born 11/2. It's so fun to see Jackson's milestones and growth in succession with theirs. My twins recognize your voices when I watch the videos everyday.
I also used to spend all day putting the puzzle mat back together. Recently we threw a big rug over top and now we don't have any issues. Out of sight out of mind for them :P
My Grandson always pulled the edge of the play mat too, he's 18 months and he still does it. Love your home vlogs with Jackson in them. This one was the best with 95% of him in it. He's the perfect little vlogger.

Reminds me of my days at home with my little ones; I’m also a SAHM. My youngest is 7 months and currently napping while I enjoy lunch and a cup of tea. Older two at school. When they get to school age you realise how these days at home (or taking them out and about when we can) when they’re younger are the best days 💖
