The boy was probably 10-12 years old. The girl was his age possibly younger. Her dress had a couple of rounded cutaways , had an asymmetrical hemline and looked like it belonged on a 35 year old. No clap backs about a woman’s right to dress as she pleases!! The dance, the music, the suggestive movements were sickening to watch. The concern here is who could be watching these competitors. And you have to wonder if any ideas are being planted in HIS head. It amazes me how clueless people can be. What seeds are we planting in their heads? We reap what we sow isn’t just a thing people say. It’s a major truth both in gardening and in reality!

My mom's dad died when she was 13. She was the eldest of 5 girls with the youngest being 2 when her dad died. She met my dad when he was 21 and she was 16, and her mom never seemed to question my mom's going out with him?? She got pregnant in 1961 and they eloped... and she was called into the school office and asked to leave school, because other girls may think to follow in her footsteps or she would influence them somehow! So she quit school. When I was a freshman in 78, I had a senior boy ask me to homecoming and I thought he was WAY too old for me!! LOL I didn't go though my mom gave me permission.
