Chris was extremely suspicious before that Rose wasn’t on his side when he saw the pictures, but this was the moment he realized he probably wasn’t getting those keys.
I don't know why but I started tearing up when rose revealed herself and chris went to the sunken place. I was like "it's over for chris, he lost" also cried because he realized he'd been lied to and the love he shared with rose was never real. It's an emotional scene... thankfully chris got his revenge and it wasn't actually over for him. It was satisfying to see him kill them all.
