HGC (Day 69): It's Not All Positive l More Changes Happening!

We talked in an earlier episode about personality changes. Now that chemo has begun and we are post radiation, it's been particularly challenging dealing with the other changes, physical changes with hair loss, tapering meds, chemotherapy. This discussion surrounds combatting the toll it takes on your attitude.

My mom was the same way going through chemo. Spent thousands on a wig!.. she also had a ton of meds.. luckily my dad/brothers/sister in law who lived with her usually took care of that.. it was tough man.. hang in there.

i have hypothyroidism for about 17 years now, i can tell you one thing about it to summarize my days...its not a life taking disease yet its a life stealing disease.(in every aspect of a normal life, it takes it away). yet i cant sympathize enough with what you are going trough, stay strong.

Being positive and keeping a positive attitude is important. I wouldn’t say my mom was a vain person or shallow but we did have mirrors all over the house and 1 thing I noticed was a few of them were no longer up and a couple of them ( 2 ) both downstairs in the part of the house she was always in were covered up …. Stay strong man and good luck and enjoy Amsterdam , avoid the truffles ( or don’t 😁, moderation ) … have a good day ….. good video … 👍🏻
