honestly, this is the attitude doctors have, specially if they are specialized in a certain area. you would expect them to be more on top of things, take their time with you and show some compassion, yet they don't , there heart is shut. i always have a list of questions and what's on my mind ready when im at the office cuz i knew how in a hurry they are to leave the room. take care guys, all the best.
