Simple to understand in plain language. We done. Video swing covers the impact business part of the golf swing. Back down impact follow through

Excellent video! Made me realize I was not releasing the club face. Saw immediate improvement of contact and direction after keeping my arms better connected to my torso and using a correct neutral grip. Thank you

Very interesting. My home Pro has spent time trying to get me off my trail side and stop the club getting stuck behind me. That's one rabbit hole because it wasn't working. Your video shows me why these issues arise (left elbow going down the line) and how to get out of it. Thanks , I'll be back.

Getting stuck is an awful feeling in your swing. Sounds like a ground force and sequencing issue. The lead arm position will help. I would recommend watching my glute sequencing and width videos.

Question for ya - so at around 8:20....the crease of your elbow should be by your side, your actual elbow pointing behind you correct?

Yes, your actual elbow should aim back. This will allow your elbow to be the pivot point and not your shoulder. This takes time to get comfortable with. Try not to initially force the change. Learn to hit pitch shots getting into the correct position first. Then work bigger movements. Thanks for the comment.

@@kingprogolfinstruction Thanks for the confirmation, I noticed that when I made a conscious effort to ensure that my left (lead) elbow was pointed behind me & the crease facing forward my swing became effortless and I was hitting non-stop draws! Thanks for the content....keep it up!

Zack - I have watched your Lead Elbow Position video many times and I still do not understand what you mean and how to keep your elbows down - please be as specific as possible.
    Thanks,
    Bob

Hi Bob, The best way to think of it is at address and impact if you put yourself in those positions your forearms, hands and club would be situated in a skeletal position that would be able to bend lifting the club towards your face without lifting your elbows away from your sides. If your elbows are pointing out this is not possible. On the backswing and the downswing when your club is pointing to the sky the lead elbow will be aiming below the ball. This position sets you up for the next. If you are struggling with this I would recommend watching my video on “Sequencing your backswing”. Hope that helps and thanks for watching.
