you probably also need to set up a bit of release on serum (around 50ms is okay) to avoid enterily the clicky sound. The reason this is happening is cause fruity loops treats the 'loop restarts' very poorly when is not a soft 0° phase or the bigger the difference between the starting phase and the ending phase of a sound it's (a harsh transition). Also the attack doesnt need to be slightly slow and noticeable if the release is a bit longer.
