Thanks for these informative videos! I got ghosted by a narc friend of 20 yrs. She started showing herself recently then ghosted me out of nowhere and for no rational reason. I picked up on it immediately and simply ignored her. I made no effort to contact her to ask why, pine for a reason, scratch at her door for reasons. I simply went silent. Lol! She called me six weeks after ghosting and after realizing I didnt appear to gaf. Well, she got ignored from that too. Not going to give her a chance to gaslight or lie to me. 6 out of 7, T. 6/7. The apology came in the form of an overspoken comment she made in front of me to a mutual friend..about going to therapy for childhood trauma. Hardest part is to wrap my mind around the fact that monsters really do exist. They weren't just childhood stories we were told about in fables. Gyms are all closed from the Corona virus, TJJ. Calisthenics in garage for a few weeks. Uggghh! Training has always been a part of my therapy. Gotta stay disciplined and focus on my recovery. Thanks T! Spot on, again.

One hectic one happened recently and still managed to suck me in for a week before I realised it. Thanks for these informative videos! I got ghosted by a narc friend of 20 yrs. She started showing herself recently then ghosted me out of nowhere and for no rational reason. I picked up on it immediately and simply ignored her. I made no effort to contact her to ask why, pine for a reason, scratch at her door for reasons. I simply went silent. Lol! She called me six weeks after ghosting and after realizing I didnt appear to gaf. Well, she got ignored from that too. Not going to give her a chance to gaslight or lie to me. One hectic one happened recently and still managed to suck me in for a week before I realised it. Took another 2 weeks to complete the surgery to cure this particular cancer... thank you for your information and insight.
