I had fun putting a picture on one of these. The only thing I discovered is with the movement of the sequins when you brush to the silver side and then brush back to picture, several little white spots show through because of the movements of the sequins that land a little different each time. But I still had fun with it
The issue with using an EasyPress is that these require quite a bit of pressure. I haven't tried it myself. You can definitely experiment but I can't guarantee results.
Because my easy press is not big enough, so if I have different small pieces of sublimation prints and some infusible ink, am I ok to press several times in different area (but sometimes some part might pressed twice?)?
There are differences in all of them yes. I use protective paper that is made for sublimation as that is my preference. Butcher paper is a good substitute. Parchment paper is not meant for sublimation and I don't recommend it.
You do need to look for blanks that say they are for sublimation. I don't want to steer you wrong and have you wasting money on other blanks that may not work!
I was having flashbacks to my high school cheerleading uniform. I melted and warped my sequins just putting it in the dryer. We’ve come a long way baby!
You will need to press down hard as it is heavy pressure. I think it will work though! I just used my heat press to make it a bit easier with the pressure requirement.
Hi! I have a question. I have coloring books for adults with Mandalas and paisley prints that I color with regular markers. In your opinion would it be possible to color with infusible ink and transfer the image to a sublimation blank like a T-shirt? Some of theses images in these coloring books are very pretty and I would love to be able to transfer them onto a bag or t shirt.
Thank you! I love that you reply and answer questions! I just set up my Epson ET 3760 for sublimation using your video on that! Thank you for that video as well! Love your videos!
Thank you for ALL your tutorials and advice Angie, you are a beginners "Guiding Light" I appreciate you very much.
Happy to help!

I think so too!

Love this. But sadly I only have easypress. I have the sequin blanks so I am gonna try it soon
Thank you for sharing!
My pleasure!
OMG! I just this my pillow covers with an Unicorn design and using my Cricut heat press. They came out BEAUTIFUL!!!! Thank you so much :)
Wonderful!
I was just watching the sequin sublimation pillow covers. I really love the idea. CAN I use my heat press 2? If so what temperature and for how long.
The issue with using an EasyPress is that these require quite a bit of pressure. I haven't tried it myself. You can definitely experiment but I can't guarantee results.
I wonder if you could flip the sequince and do another design on that side?
Both sides would need to be able to accept the sublimation coating.
Love this! I can’t wait to try this.
Have fun!
This is awesome!! Love your experiments.
Glad you like them!
BEAUTIFUL
Thank you! Cheers!
I didn't see how to purchase the cases.
It is in the description for this video. You may have to click show more to see it.
Great project. I've not used infusable ink but could you roll design the other way to flatten before pressing?
I tried and it was still way curly! I just gave up but this way ended up working!
Thanks again, always great tutorials.... I see you have a New Heat Press, What heat press do you recommend? Thanks

Yes you can do that! I do that here for the large design.
Is there a difference between Protection Paper and Butcher paper or Parchment?
There are differences in all of them yes. I use protective paper that is made for sublimation as that is my preference. Butcher paper is a good substitute. Parchment paper is not meant for sublimation and I don't recommend it.
Hi! Would this work with DTF prints?
No it will not.
Oh I love these covers. Can you use any of this sequin type fabric or does it have to be a special type?
You do need to look for blanks that say they are for sublimation. I don't want to steer you wrong and have you wasting money on other blanks that may not work!

Yes we have!!
Great video like always! 👍
Thanks for the visit
Love these pillows! Can I use any sequined pillow cover or does it need to be a specialty for sublimation type?
Pretty sure it needs to be a sublimation blank.
@@AngieHolden thank you
The pillows turned out beautiful. So funny. Did you tell us the hack for using the pens in the Maker and I missed it? Thanks Angie.
Left a link in the description!
@@AngieHolden I saw one that said the Joy but didn’t see the maker. Is it the same vid?
There is one for the Explore/Maker too.
Hi can you suggest the best sublimation printer and also which inks to use?
This is what I use: th-cam.com/video/-f4oH2x-Nu0/w-d-xo.html
You probably said but missed. Can you use cricut hot press?
You will need to press down hard as it is heavy pressure. I think it will work though! I just used my heat press to make it a bit easier with the pressure requirement.
Hi!! I probably missed it, but what kind of paper did you use for the infusible ink markers.
Just regular copy paper!
@@AngieHolden Thank You!
how did you cut that size for i love you to the moon and back in cricut design space ? having hard time
I think I cut it at around 11.4 inches. You just want it to be less than 11 1/2 inches.

Yes. But make sure too retrace any outlining with infusible ink and remember it will be reversed.
@@lindahealy423 Thank you! I’m going to give it a try.
I definitely think it would work!
@@AngieHolden Thank You !
I ordered the pillows but I didn’t notice the discount code. I will watch for it the next time.
Ugh! Sorry! I tried to put it as close as I could to the link for you!
How are these markers different than the Cricut infusible ink markers?
They are basically the same thing. You can use them interchangeably!
Thank you! I love that you reply and answer questions! I just set up my Epson ET 3760 for sublimation using your video on that! Thank you for that video as well! Love your videos!
