I’ve had odd symptoms for three weeks. Went to two Ers have good insurance and barely get looked at. Started as lumbar left sided spasm then went down into hip. Steroids do nothing. Hurts to walk to stand to sit in a chair. Also appetite loss. Gagging. No fever so no one seems to care on a somewhat fit looking 52 year old. Can’t stop brain thinking it’s bad like Lyme or other neuro infection. Familiar with tms but hard to apply concepts when you have no lab work or imaging.
