I kinda agree with you. I'm also hoping that after a few minutes into the movie, we get back to the roots of what makes A Quiet Place unique. However, I do understand that it is just a prequel. Maybe they'll surprise us? Still looking forward to seeing it the weekend it comes out 🤞
Really not sure just how you could have a similar situation in a crowded hustle bustle city as you could at a quiet farm house in the middle of nowhere. It would make perect sense that the initial invasion in New York City would naturally be an all out war like situation, with a lot of action. Of course it will not have the same impact as the first two films, but I intend to enjoy the ride anyway.
