@@Mr-pn2eh Yeah, how else will your pants sag 'like the cool kids'? 🤣
Should be able to buy a house with that one-day
People have been saying that for the last hundred years
@@arthurmorgan4201 silver price has only ever increased and not due to inflation
With a box like that, you'd think it was alive and needed air holes!
What's in the box? Another box...
Beautiful coin! 😍

I hope you still have it in store after Lockdown lifts - would love to see that in person when I come in to collect my stored bullion :)
Wow! Holy cow. That’s massive!
Awesome! That was definitely worth the wait. 👍🏼👍🏼

****ALL PRICES ARE IN AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS****
Do you have any 10 kilo lunar coins any year and how much is the cost ?
Never saw one like this huge coin, you are doing amazing job with Perth Mint
Would get one if I had the money! That is amazing looking!
It is incredible piece!!
Too heavy for me to bring to the sunny London!
Incredible coin.Beautiful
It really is!
I love your unboxing videos!
Wow!!! I'm in awe of that 10 kilo
That's a big coin! 😍
Surprised and disappointed that the edge is not reeded. Makes it look less real.
We assume reeding this particular large coin would have been difficult. But yes it would have been nice!
Unboxing at 4:45
I'm gonna need to view outside in the natural sun lite lol awesome coin.
It's a true beauty!
Can't wait to see the 1 ton coin
Joey you old geezer, good to see you back.
I’m gonna buy a 10kg one day
Wow! 😳 I need one
Love it!
Looks like fun.
WOW!!!! Love it 😍❤️❤️
The plastic capsule isn't to big for the coin. All Perth Mint coins are the same. if you check the caps on the 1oz coins you will see they also have a gap...

How did you guys get this I can’t even ever seen public listings for 10kg coins on the Perth mint site?
these guys arent distributors of perth mint (check on perth mint site), they didnt order it from perth mint
We did order it from the Perth Mint, but technically you are correct. We personally speak to and order from the Perth Mint almost every day, but technically we order through a wholesale company, so technically (how many times can we say "technically"?) we're not buying direct. It's the reason we are not on the distributors list. If we bought 100% direct, then we would be. By volume, we're actually in the Top 3 buyer from the Perth Mint in relation to Australian bullion dealers.
Imagine dropping that...
😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱
@@BullionNow I once dropped a 15kg weight on my toe at the gym. I wouldn't wish that on anyone.. Lol..
Beautiful coin.. 👌🏽
Amazing 😍! Really? Ten kg ? 😱 OMG
$18,219 on the web site. $6k mark up on the spot price. That's not too bad as I suspect the market for these is tiny and the work that went into producing the dies and coins required many hours of crafting.
Comment of the year so far...
Perth Mint is a private company, they can produce as many more as they like in the future. No where can I find on Perth Mint site when the dies for this coin were destroyed. Caveat Emptor.
@@1mmickk Yes, but as a general rule they don't produce more. People would be up in arms if they did so it wouldn't be good brand recognition for them to do so.
@@BullionNow Well its created a lot of interest and some robust debate. Good for business! Whilst I love the handy wooden box, I would have thought they would have spent 10 bucks for a nice cardboard sleeve and another 10 on a holder/stand. A reeded edge would be better too, but knowing Perth Mint, that would have added another 5 grand to the coin. Now since its never going to be used as legal tender, the number of the coin could have been placed on the edge, or a holograph etc, instead of that 10 cent COA.
Thats awesome man! only 300 dollar Face value it should be a grand the silver is worth 9k.
It’s worth about 15k
Waiting for that
What was the postage costs?
From the Perth Mint to us? Don't remember!
Hey do u guys buy for spot
Yes we do, up to a certain amount and certain size per day.
It's be a 50g an ounce bar and 4half sovs sharps pixley gold bars unopened
Wow!
I need that.
How strong is that coffee table!? 😮
Vibranium reinforced.
@@BullionNow lol
Nice
should make 100kilo coins, i would sell my house and buy it
How much is the face value ?
$300 AUD
I'g get it if it fit in my vault...
And i had the $ 😄
WOW!
Poor Reuben
its really HUUUGE !
I imagine donald trump saying that statement. With the caps and all.
I’d never buy one of those Chinese theme coins. Why not make a 10kg Kangaroo as an Australian mint?!
@M B guess you have no furniture, no electrics, clothing, medicine and a lot of other shit......lol must be hard to boycott all those products. Or are you just a hypocrite talking shit on youtube?
Went to the store to buy it............ $18k............. yeeeeaaaaa naaah, 10kg spot is $12k, maybe if it was $14k but not $18k, soz boys can't justify that, I can get an extra 50% ounces getting 1kg bars for $18k
Gotta understand the extremely low mintage of the coin which is why it's so high. Plus, they probably bought it, an trying to sell for profit
Nathe again. No you did not go to their store with the intention to buy this beauty.
Maybe you just wanted to watcg their display
@@florianfei1093 if it was 14k I would have bought it, I bought 2 of the 1kg kookaburras last week mate
We'd be making a significant loss selling it for only $2000 AUD over spot. The wholesale price on this coin is much higher than that.
With only 100 made and priced just over 13k USD that’s a solid buy.
Eye nice
winning team
Welcome. You will get tired of all the winning. And when you're tired of all the winning, you'll win some more.
The legs on that table look like cigarettes lol
two mice just jump out of the boxes
That coin looks a bit too big to fit in your pocket but very nice otherwise :)
You could try paying for your new car with that.
Jesus it’s like the size of a personal pizza.
Should have spent some of that money on a drill
Oh.... we have one. We just left it at the other office. Doh!
What's the face value? I will use one to buy some candy at the gas station! 😆
$5000 premium.
Don't like the..."Year of the" Crap.
Was does Chinese customs have to do with Australia? Australia is not Chinese!
And If I'm buying a 10 Kilo coin, it will not be with a mouse on it! The design does not look good, very plain. Waste of good silver.
Should have made it with the 30th anniversary Kookaburra, which would have been fantastic! Not a stupid mouse with Chinese writing.
Its pretty much for the chinese market, big pockets.
I'm assuming you don't like Chinese people? Loll
Perth mint will buy this coin back for $11,785.37. They pay $11,540 for a 10kg bar. So they will pay you $245 premium for the 10kg coin. SO HTF can they justify a $6000 premium for this coin. What a rip off. (Perth Mint not Bullion Now, whos spot price kills the Perth Mint).
To be fair to the Perth Mint, the higher premium on this coin reflects the much larger human hand work gone into the making of each 10kg coin, plus the very limited mintage. They have to charge more for this one.
@@BullionNow Im not bagging you, but for that money, you would think they would put it in a capsule that actually fit the coin.
