IF ONLY someone was making 410 ammo. A gun without ammo is useless. I've been wanting something like this for YEARS, but since 12 gauge is the only one plentiful, I'll have to stick with that. I DO love the look of this rifle, and it's MUCH cheaper than the bloated price of the Henry's, but it's no good without ammo.

I might buy one if 410 Ammo was available, the shelves have been bare of 410 shells for several years now

Not necessary to break it down just to clean it.

Bought one this weekend and it will not cycle shells :( Tried 3 different shell manufactures. Any idea what I can do, retail store said its my problem.

I'm working on mine atm, if the shell is getting stuck before going into chamber, there was a small hump on the inside of the right hand side of my reciever well (looked almost like a triangle of missed machining material) and I used very very fine grit sandpaper on a flat screwdriver and just gave it a gentle oily sand about a minute, just enough to take the hump in the well down a bit and get the a little grey metal shavings on the sandpaper and it was able to cycle correctly after that.

for the life of me, I cannot get the trigger guard to go back on. the silver metal block goes 90 percent in, but at the point in the video you said to apply some pressure, it wont budge. been at this two hours, about to scream

I had the same problem. I found the trick was to realign the lifter and have in the lower position. I initially had it in the raised position. Then had to pull the lever back closer to the stock and just barely have the front of the lever plate at the edge of the slot. Was an absolute pain in the @$$

ive got this down to a science now, but now th shells wont feed all the way in, something is blocking the shell door when shell is 95 percent in. if i barely move trigger guard slightly, i can get a shell in! - but then when i go to chamberit, the lifter is only like 98 percent raising the shell, and so bringing the bolt forward doesnt push the shell into the chamber but just barely misses. Its been 12 days now and i have heard nothing from customer support.

Why would you disassemble unless replacing parts? Col and canned air will get it clean, do barrels and done

You break it down initially to perform basic lubrication. This is done as an additional safety check. The factory Should (and likely does) do this, but if they Didn't or they Missed an area, that is where you come in. The whole purpose of this is redundancy in the initial lubrication as well as familiarizing the new owner with the firearm.

Mine had all kinds of metal bits from machining still in it from the factory. Had to really do a good first deep clean.
