We saw video of a policeman stamping on the head of a man at the Manchester airport carpark. That lead to a riot. Do you want to see that person arrested?
Why is nobody talking about why our police officers are not routinely armed with handguns, as they are in just about every other country, including in Europe? I watched an interview with one of the guys in the van that was flagged down, who went to help and came face to face with the killer on the stairs. He said when the police finally arrived, he was told they had to wait further for backup (officers with tasers) to arrive before entering the building. If that first officer who arrived had been armed, he could have entered that building and disarmed/arrested and/or shot the killer there and then. There have been numerous incidents where lives could have been saved, and people spared serious injury, if the nearest police officer had been carrying a firearm. It would also send a message to the public that the police are getting serious on this type of incident and hopefully assuage some of the current anger and frustration out there.
