Just for information, My Sub Zero Figure defect (head and hands) can be solved by using hot water. you don't have to modify the peg for hands. one that amazed me is the head, believe it or not, after I pour some hot water to the head (which have smaller hole) and push it to the ball peg, suddenly the hole get bigger and after that it remains like that. now I can change the head freely. it works too on the hands part. after you pour some hot water then insert it to the peg, after a few moment it will be very fit to the glove and peg.... you can use iced water to faster the process (after the hands attached on the peg). I haven't got the solution for his pants... maybe I really have to change it with new one.
This is literally the first thing im doing to mine gluing the armour to the arms , cutting the leather from the old pants gluing that to some gps lot cargos, and adding some paint to the skin tones
